I took the time to write this review to vouch for Joe Percario General Contractors. I have had bad experiences with contractors in New Jersey but not here. My finished basement was destroyed from Hurricane Ida. It was devastating. I have never been through a catastrophe, and I am forever thankful I had the Percario family hold my hand and help me through the entire process.
They were GREAT, ORGANIZED, HONEST, UPFRONT, FAIR, and FAST. They did an amazing job. I felt comfortable because they immediately responded and showed up when they said they would. Materials were ordered quickly. It made me feel safe they were so organized and efficient. The remediation team, sheetrockers, floor installers, painters, and Percario family were kind, fast, and talented.
They removed all the water, carpet, replaced the sub pump, repaired the plumping and bathroom, wet walls, etc... they completely transformed my downstairs. It looks better than it did originally. I am proud to have people go down stairs. 100% recommend and 100 STARS!!

I thank my lucky stars every time it rains that I found Joe Percario General Contractors. I was a fairly new homeowner with limited knowledge about construction and craftsmanship when my cement slab cracked and flooded the basement. I don't know what I would have done without the levelheaded, fair and informatively honest Dominic Percario. He gave me my options and then broke them down in layman terms so I could make the decision that was best for my home and my budget. The team's work was efficient, clean and well executed.
