I found Fish through an outside agency. The Fish representative provided an estimate, the appointment was made, and the cleaning team arrived on time. They did an efficient and thorough job. I have used Fish Window Cleaning for several years and had always been very happy with their work. However, this time their work was shoddy. As far as I could tell, they didn't make any effort to move any furniture to clean the windows, didn't take a few extra minutes to wipe down the inside windowsills, and generally did a not so great job.

I called Jeff at Fish to discuss the crews' work and asked Jeff to send a crew out at no additional charge to complete the job. However, it's been 5 or 6 weeks since that call and I haven't heard anything from the company about finishing the job they started.

Jeff and his team are wonderful and we are thrilled with the work they did cleaning our windows. After having them clean our gutters (accidentally, though that's a different story), I had Jeff quote out window washing given their great work on the gutters. The quote came in at what I felt was a very competitive price. We got the service on the schedule and they did a fantastic job.

The gentleman who came out was considerate, incredibly thorough, and very friendly - he seemed genuinely passionate about his work. We look forward to giving Fish more business in the future.

Tried to give less than 1 star. We had used them for a number of years and got decent work until last year when they scratched the hell out of our windows. Never returned multiple calls so contacted the main franchise page on FB and finally got the manager out here, but they took ZERO responsibility for the damage they created. Run away from them - total crap!

Interesting response, but not totally factual. Bree and the Operations Manager (don't recall his name) did come out and look at the damage and the Ops Manager recalled cleaning the windows in 2012 and told us that he had pointed out damage on 2 windows in the front of the house that had scratched before he started - just 2. Now we have multiple windows on the back of the house that are scratched that we noticed right after FISH cleaned them - no one from FISH ever pointed any of that damage out to us before or after cleaning any other time.

Also - I definitely recall one of the guys using a scraper on the windows, but presumed he knew what he was doing. What I have learned since then from a knowledgeable window cleaner (who pointed out ALL of the scrapes on the windows prior to cleaning our windows this spring) is that you can't use a scraper on tempered glass or you will damage it. Sorry - your story just doesn't add up.

I used Fish last year and they did a great job. This year I have contacted them twice and they have failed on both occasions to return my call. I stopped in at their office and was told that the scheduling person would call me right back. No call ever came. I called them yesterday and they told me that they would return my call. Still waiting.

I jhad Fish window cleaning on 8.6.18. One person started outside the other upstairs. The one up used the bathroom a lot. I could hear toilet flushing. I was still working on main level when he came down. I left for a minute to bring dog out. He left and got the bill and said they were done. I asked him if he did master and Bath and replied yes. Well I found the same dog sniffs on patio window.and childrens fingerprints on bath window. I ordered in and out with screens wiped down. Very disappointed in their rush to get out Would not hire them again unless I watch the person personally room to room.

This company cleaned our neighbors windows who live across the street. The workers put a window- broken glass in our garbage can. I can say they've lost any potential business with us. What professional company would do this?

Fish came out and gave me an estimate right away. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get the work done. However, the work was great! The guys were on time and professional. Very thorough but quick. The price was reasonable. I will be using Fish again. I will just book with plenty of advanced notice! Thanks Fish!

Fish is fine but there are better more professional companies out there. I arranged my appointment explaining I work in the city and could not be home any earlier than 3:30. Appointment was set for 2:30-4:30. Per the lovely woman who answered at Fish the service person was to clean exterior windows and gutters then internal when I arrived home. Traffic was horrible I arrived home at 3:50.

Upon calling Jeff, the owner, I was told the driver left at 4:00 (not true), I explained that I got home at 3:50 and saw the driver leaving. Was told there are 10 trucks and I must have seen another driver. (yeah right) Then Jeff rudely explained to me that the driver called (lie, there was no call, no message) and that he was not coming back. To top it off my sky lights were not cleaned at all and the exterior windows still had spots that needed cleaning.

Received an estimate within hours of my request. Service was professional. The two guys who cleaned the Windows did an excellent job. Quite reasonable for a 2 story four bedroom house. No surprises when the work was completed like a different company we used in the past. They were true to the price of the estimate. Would most definitely use them again.

This might have been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I set up an appointment to discuss the cleaning of my windows. Not only did the lady show up 35 minutes late. I saw her smoking in front of the building before she came in and smelled of smoke so badly. If she wants to smoke, I have no problems with that. The problem I had was she was already late but still decided to have that last cigarette. She had no idea what she was talking about and only seemed to care about the money instead of the potential relationship.

After a very rough winter we had FWC come out to our home and clean all our windows and outdoor glass doors. After seeing the finished work the best way to describe it was "ok". Nothing about the results were outstanding. Some windows were cleaned better than the others - some were smudge-free and some of the windows had smudges and streaks. I was left with the feeling that I could have done this job myself. I am happy to try anything once, but I will probably not be using them again.

Had Jeff's crew out while we were away, came home to all of Winter's sludge removed from the outsides of our windows! Everything was nicely done and will likely have them out in the Fall to do an inside & outside cleaning.

Couldn't be more pleased with the window washing (inside and outside) Fish just completed for me. They came over and gave me an estimate within hours of my call. Three men showed up on time (actually 10 minutes early) and they did an excellent job-particularly with several problem windows that I had. They were very professional and were very careful with all of the furnishings inside that were near the windows.

I have had them clean my gutters in the fall as well and they did an outstanding job on that as well. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Fish located in the Northfield office.

As a business, we were incredibly disatisfied with this company. After setting up a scheduled cleaning, we were blown off the first week they were supposed to come by. Figuring that mistakes happen, we set up for the following week to have all windows scraped clean of residue/tape and washed inside and out. The two young women who showed up "cleaned" the windows quite quickly.

Several employees had to point out where the windows were still dirty and ask them to please clean them properly. After the bill was paid and the young women left the facility, there was still tons of old tape and scrapings laying all over our reception area and all of the window sills. These women made no effort to do an effeciant and thorough job.

We called the owner to express our disatisfaction, where we were met with a rude and abrupt answer, in addition to being cut off while talking. "You know what, if you are that unhappy and disatisfied then you can just find somewhere else to have them cleaned." Those were the owners words when we called. Never again!

Fish would have 5 stars had they not let me down today. I am a return customer of theirs commercially and residentially. I had an appointment for today which took 3 weeks to get and this morning they cancelled due to some employment issues. They offered to clean my windows on the 4th of July which I responded with absolutely not! I asked for them to squeeze in any time prior to the 4th and they just couldn't work me in.

After waiting for so long for the appointment, taking my dog to work and having constant company in my house starting on the 4th I am pretty disgusted with how they are handling this situation. They have always been reasonably priced, they do a great job and they were trustworthy. I want someone who will bend over backwards to make things right and they didn't therefore I am done using them. I have a meeting with another company today.stand by I will let you know how that goes.
