Please note, this is my second feedback posting I'm listing for this company. Although the first was positive in regards to the workmanship of the employee that came, there were a few issues I didn't cover that I saw as less worth mentioning. They said to expect arrival between 8 and 12, to which he showed up before 12. During his stay, he receive calls from his employer, telling him to hurry up and get to the next job.

I contacted them for a second go round And told them I need someone who could stay and work and not be called off. Once again I was told to expect them between 8 and 12. Once again they showed up just before 12. I wanted the leak fixed and an estimate done, and before he could hurry off to his next job, he gave me I'll look around my leak and glanced under the crawl space for less than a minute.

He did not give me the inspection I wanted, and told me couldn't do the work unless I scheduled it ahead of time. He said, I'd be contacted for the estimates for both jobs by the end of the day. 2 days have passed and I have yet to hear from them. My assessment of their practices, leads me to believe that they do not take time to serve clients, but rather do jobs as fast as possible to move on to the next. They have lost my confidence, thus I shall be seeking another service that I can place my trust in.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received. Mac and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was thoroughly explained. I was kept informed of their progress until the job was finished. We are also getting a new water heater installed. Mac checked my old one and walked us through the upcoming installation. By far one of the best companies that I've dealt with in Fayetteville. We definitely recommend their company and services.

Mac was so professional, punctual, and knowledgeable! I called at 8:30am to request a new water heater and by 10:00am the same day, Mac was at my home. He removed my old water heater and installed a new one in less than 2 hours. Mac made sure the hot water was clear and the garage was cleaned before leaving. He even removed my water hose from the spigot so it wouldn't freeze this winter and reminded me to do the same to the one in the backyard - so nice and caring. McKenzie Plumbing has reasonable prices and Mac kept me informed during the process. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I made an appointment with McKenzie Plumbing and they never showed up or called me. That's the experience with them. Find another reliable dependable Plummer! I would give 0 star rating if this system would let me but since I have to pick a star for this to get posted it's Negative 1.

Had some water coming up through our hardwood flooring. McKenzies was not our first call, but will be our first from now on. I called them last Monday after calling another the week before.still haven't heard from them. After calling them Monday morning, got a call a few hours later that they could send someone around noon. Well around noon Sven was there.

Found the leak, fixed it and even suggested Cape Fear Restoration to help dry out the water damage. Was very satisfied with Sven's work that we called again to do pipe replacement and set the toilets. Will definitely use McKenzies from now on if I need any plumming work done.

Always a shock when you discover you have a leak because your water bill is astronomical. I called McKenzie's and they came out same day. Mac and his partner (wish I had caught his name too) were very professional and fixed the one major leak I'd discovered and also a second one they found. Cost of repairs was quite reasonable as well. I can not thank them enough! I will definitely rely on McKenzie's whenever I need a plumber.

I called McKenzie plumbing in the morning and they came in the early afternoon. Mac was my plumber and he was very courteous and professional and on time. He took his time in finding the problem and fixed it. I had a clogged kitchen drain and he had to go under the house to do some work to unclog it. He wore his mask the whole time he was working.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing needs. And I will call them again if I have such needs. It was my first time using them and it won't be the last. Great experience.

I absolutely recommend this company to everyone in the area that needs professional, ethical and quality work done. We had the honor of having the team that works with the leader Sven. I believe his coworkers name is Matt who is an Army Veteran (If I'm wrong, I'm sorry) But the rest of the team was Lamar and Tony and another younger guy. Our home is on a septic tank so we wanted the sewage line tapped into the city line. Sven is a true master at planning the correct approach, networking with PWC and getting in there and getting dirty himself along with his team.

I truly enjoyed corresponding with him and the team and also speaking with Ms. Tracy who runs the office and orchestrates everything. The work was swift, neat and done with quality. I watched them dig, place and level all the pipes, work as a team and effectively communicate until the job was complete. I mean. Their work is TOP GRADE! Seriously, I have learned in this area that you truly get what you pay for.

If you want quality work done by honest folks, McKenzie's Plumbing is the way to go. They get back with you, they get your estimate quick, they thoroughly explain the plan of action and on the day of, they are on it! I'm very, very happy that we chose them among the rest. Turns out We chose the BEST! Thank you Sven!
