Antwan came to repair our air conditioner. He was very professional and polite, and friendly too! He got the unit up and going again, answered my, (and my children's) many questions, and then closed it all up nicely. He knew what he was doing and was very thorough. We enjoyed having him and would definitely call him back again if we needed more work done.

I've used Mark-Air for the past year for routine maintenance and they've been great. Last night the AC went out, called them, and within 20 minutes Trey was out troubleshooting my system. Joey is our technician and he is very nice and professional and always on time. He always cleans up his work areas and wears booties inside your house. Naturally I was a little apprehensive about calling someone to come out to take a look at my system, the company that initially installed my HVAC is out of business and did tons of things wrong. But once Joey arrived he immediately removed that uneasy feeling. From the time I opened the door until the time he left he was very professional. He took his time explaining everything he found in terms that I could understand.
I love how he was so thorough checking the system in all aspects. And most importantly he was extremely patient with me because I have no knowledge about this industry. So I will definitely be using Mark-Air again! Joey is an asset to this company and gets a gold star from me! Thank you Mark-Air!

Great experience, Chris the salesman was fair and honest. The setup crew/ electrician were professional I was impressed with the quickness and quality of the install. I like to thank Joey for fixing the wifi setup he did a great job! In addition the setup crew was the best I have seen in a long time, usually you have doubts when unqualified personnel show up, but not this group. I felt relieved worth the money spent for the quality services.
