I called several other places in the area and even got ignored by a bigger business. They have 5 stars for reason. Thankfully I found these guys they are affordable, honest, fast and great work. You will not find a better company in the area. Thank you guys so much another company left us without air for 3 weeks this company came out within a week. They installed a whole brand new hvac fast.

I called early in the afternoon to have someone come out to check my ac/hvac unit. Well they came within 2 hours. I didn't know that the unit is a duel unit. after going over everything with me, the tech explained in detail what was going on. He called his supervisor to come and double checked everything. It was explained I could have maintenance done with the cost or go with a new ac unit. I chose to place the ac unit. every detail was explained. I definitely recommend this company.

I called Air Pro Heating, Air & Electrical this morning because my system was blowing hot air even though it was set to 73 degrees. The thermostat showed the temperature in the first level of the house at 80 degrees. After 5 minutes of running, it went to 81 degrees. Javier was very professional and scheduled for Nick to come out between 11am and 1 pm. Nick is Awesome!
He arrived at 11:38, diagnosed both units and was very informative, patient, friendly, ver professional. He will return in Wednesday to complete the job, only because my husband and I decided to purchase our own thermostat. We look forward to continuously working with Air Pro Heating, Air & Electrical from now on.

When it comes to a/c repair service I would highly recommend them! I called different HVAC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you to buy units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to Air Pro Heating, Air & Electric of Fayetteville they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous.
I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was the technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!

The HVAC technician that came out to service my Heat/AC unit was great. He not only did the service but went out of his way to show me what was needed of me to keep the heating unit running efficiently. Highly recommend this company. They came in under 24hrs of first call. I don't know if it was a good value, service call was just under 100, replacement of the resistive heating elements was 550. The tech was quick to diagnose the problem and because of holiday and weekend took 4 days to return with the parts. Installation seemed quick and worked. Only reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is they changed the second appointment time at the last minute. Actually 18 minutes before.

We recently moved into our new home and due to a bad/lazy HVAC inspection paid for by the seller (performed by Faircloth HVAC Repair), we were left with an inoperable HVAC system, that we discovered when our astronomical electric bill was delivered. I've been using Air Pro for years now. Not only do they have the best prices, but they also have the best customer service I had in over 18 years been a homeowner. Recently, my A/C finally decided to go to A/C heaven and left me hanging. The next day, Air Pro showed up in the morning to install a new system and had it up and running by noon. They made sure I was satisfied with their work and, before leaving, they cleaned up everything, leaving no trash behind.
