I have shopped at this store because it is close to me, but will now drive a little further, because the staff is not friendly or helpful.

They're very knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of products.

As the name suggests, it's factory outlet for Benjamin Moore paints. Good colors and some samples at pretty reasonable price!

I've had two bad experiences with the people who make the paint there. One person in particular. Shes been extremely rude each time I've had to deal with her. I will not be giving my business to them any more. I then called another place that sells the color and kind of finish I need. They could not have been any nicer and accommodating. I'll be picking up my paint from them tomorrow. When you go into Factory Paint, the vibe is very negative. You just want to get in and out. For me, im out fir good.

Although a great array of colors, the staff is lacking the brightness of their selection. Walked in and had three staff members talking around the register. We were not greeted or approached, or acknowledged for that matter. After about 10 minutes in the color gallery we were looking for samples to bring home in the premise small sizes. A few we wanted to try were not on the shelf so I approached the register to ask.

The woman looked at me without saying anything as if she was thinking "what do you want?". I asked her about the samples and she said if they don't have the small ones we would have to purchase a pint for $7. At this time I head out to the car and send my husband up to get sample paints to take home. He comes out maybe 10 minutes later with three samples for $35.

He was told that the "premium" samples were $12. Seems a bit wrong to only want a small sample of a color and have to get three pints-far too much for a few splotches on some walls- and pay $35. Maybe if the service was excellent and (somewhat) attentive I'd have felt better about the price. In the long run we found the color we love. But having the code we will take the business elsewhere and get the same color.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable associates. Benjamin Moore paints. I've been going there for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the best source for service and supply I've found. I've been to other Factory Paint stores and this is the best. We've had a long happy relationship with their Ben Moore products.

Factory Paint you can't go wrong. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. Was painting living room, kitchen. Knew what color for kitchen, at a loss for living room. They coordinated the colors with several choices. I love it. Quality paint so you won't be getting Lowes prices. But you won't get purple when you ordered blue either. Years ago I had a light purple kitchen instead of the blue I picked.

Quality paint, expert mixers. So expert a year later, this month Dec 2018, I needed more. Got the exact same color. Not a tint difference in color.perfect. I will go no where else for my paint. Neat and clean store, no pressure just help.

Had bought deck paint there a month earlier and needed another gallon. The name of paint wore off and the lady at paint desk rudely told me it was impossible to match the color without the name. She also told me that is why they have the name of the color on the can. I asked another salesperson if they had a booklet of their deck paints and I matched it myself it a matter of one minute. Either the help is just plain rude or just incompetent. Better service at Lowes, Home Depot and just about every other paint store.

Always nice and very helpful people, serve with smile and don't hesitate answer million questions.

Absolutely outstanding service. After some research online I thought I knew what products I needed to paint 3 bedrooms, oak cabinets & a lot of trim. Turns out I was way off, the paint experts here basically held my hand & educated me on what were really the best products for my application, regardless of what I thought I had learned online. Also saved me $$ by showing me some places where I could cut down costs. Will be back for any painting projects.

Was trying to match a white ceiling paint for which I had a sample. Salesperson spent about 10 min. telling how it was virtually an impossible task. Recommended painting the entire ceiling. Went to another paint dealer down the street and got the PERFECT match in about the same 10 min! I don't get it! These guys are suppose to be experts?

This store has a great selection of paint.benjamin moore samples too which I love. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I went in to look at carpet. My husband and I went in with our baby an hour before the store closed. We walked in and it looked like no one worked there. We heard loud laughs in the backroom and about ten minutes after we got there two clerks walked out and neither approached us to see if we needed help.

I beckoned for someone and asked if someone could answer a basic question about carpeting. She said no one could and I would have to come back another time. Poor customer service.if any. Not a bad selection.
