Stay away from this place, over priced spa supply's, today I went in because I was out of chlorinate so I had to back a stop there, the young kid behind the counter says where are you from I said Holbrook, he says to me if I had said Braintree I would of got 20% off, what a arrogant little punk, I will never spend another dime in that store, I will plan on buying my supply's through the internet, I bought my Nordic hot tub off four seasons spas 5 years ago, the reason I bought it there because it was 2500.00 cheaper, shop around folks this company is way to arrogant an comfortable with where ways of doing business. Used this company a few times in the past to close our pool and they did an okay job. This year the tech arrived angry and was rude, complained that we weren't "ready" for his arrival when we had 0 indication that he would be showing up since we had been waiting over a month and they never called to confirm. The tech did a shoddy job- filled the bare minimum number water bags and then left the hose running all over the yard and was just generally rude and unprofessional. If you are too busy to hire good help than be honest with customers about how long things will take and what you are capable of doing.

Over the years, I have used Hydrotech off and on and I am never impressed with their consistency. Had a few no shows, the in store staff are not knowledgeable or attentive and the prices for pool care are high. I would look elsewhere.

Called in the beginning of April to have my pool opened ASAP. To be told, 'great, we will fit you in the calendar and call you next week to confirm time'. Never received a call so called two weeks after the original time asking when the appt was. Was told I would be called back. Never received a phone call back. Called back a couple days after that only to be told there is no way they can get out to open up the pool until June. If you can't handle the business. Tell the prospective customer up front. And return a call so the customer is left scrambling during busy season.

I've only been with this company a short time. But this year I ran into some big problems. Calls to the company were returned the next day. And the technicians they sent to make repairs were very knowledgeable and no matter how frustrated they became their personalities never changed. Always pleasant. I would and have recommended them to other people

Very disappointed by their service! Inferior sales and don't back up their warranty and sell products at 700 percent mark up. It's one thing I'd say If service is worth the price! But that's terrible! No phone call returns when they say they will. Truely disappointing.

A big shout-out to Rick who came out to our house this weekend to set up our new hot tub. He patiently answered all of our questions and ended up installing the cover lift in the rain. He was amazing! A little less amazing was dealing with Hydro Tech over the phone: it took days to get answers to questions. In the end, though, we're very happy with our hot tub!

Don't bother unless you like wasting your entire day waiting for no shows and no phone calls. The lady who answers the phone has zero customer service skills. After speaking with her for over a week about a potential job for them she finally told me they couldn't help even tho in our every first conversation she said they had all the equipment to assist me.

On two occasions she told me a tech was coming out to my pool only to find out after hours of waiting that no one was actually assigned to come out! Every conversation with her was awful!

Hydrotech did a great job on my backyard project. Frank was very responsive at all times. He was always on time and very professional throughout the entire job. He walked me through his plan and I could tell from that conversation he really knows his stuff. I would definitely use Hydrotech again and recommend them for their high quality of work.

Quite difficult to set appointments. Numerous calls necessary. The woman who picks up the phone is not very consumer oriented. Now Ricky has left the company, I'm looking for another to service my tub

Their sales rep, Keith Miner, blew off a verbal and email confirmed appointment without apologizing, the office person seemed unfazed by it, too. Attempts by email to re-schedule have gone unanswered. Interesting, because they knew the job would have run about five thousand dollars since we needed to replace our heat pump pool heater and a few other items. I wonder how they treat people with smaller jobs?

I was getting prices for an in ground pool and contacted Hydrotech for a quote. Their price was very competitive and in line with the others I received but what convinced me most was the high quality of products they were including with the pool. If price is the biggest concern go get 4-5 quotes take the lowest quote and run with it but just remember. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!.

I was also very impressed in the installation process. They are extremely fanatical from the beginning to the end of installation and it's not just "another pool install". If I could show pictures on yelp to prove it I would! My yard literally looks like a country club. I would highly recommend Hydrotech!

Hydro Tech hase been servicing our hot tub for the last 5 years. They are very good at what they do. Steve is outstanding and always shows up on time witch we were not used to before with our last company. We recomened this company to all our freinds

Great experience - Steve is knowledgable and friendly. I bought a home with a hot tub already there but had no idea what to do with it or how it worked. I checked online but wasn't feeling very comfortable. Steve came to the house walked through all the "mechanics" and brought chemicals. He gave us a lesson on care and maintenance with great advice to minimize costs and keep things running smoothly.

If you need maintenance or just information and supplies go to HydroTech - they are easy to get to and easy to do business with and the prices are reasonable not outrageous like other places we checked

1. This company quoted two different prices but sent me a bill for an even higher price. 2. Instead of fixing my problem on the first or second trip, it took a third trip which ended disastrously. They broke my pool. 3. Service tech left cigarette butts around my pool. 4. When I called to express my unhappiness, the owner did nothing to resolve the problem. 5. 300 dollars later, my pool is worse than it was before. I will never use this company again.
