I am a repeat customer of Shower Door King. The first time I used them they figured out how to fit a shower door into an odd shaped shower that had a slanted ceiling. The door was perfect. I have since moved and used them for my new house. They installed three glass shower doors and they are all perfect. I love the look of the shower doors because it makes the whole bathroom seem bigger. The installation didn't take long and the installers cleaned up all their materials and debris.

Very impressed with the quality, communication and value for our new shower door. It looks stunning, and they guided us through the process. For example, our new shower tile goes to the ceiling, so they recommended a taller door. We wouldn't have thought of that, so we appreciated the assistance. The price was best, and the workmanship was high quality, and they had our shower door installed in about 3 weeks.

I've been in the building industry for many years and have never had a better company complete a glass project. The two installers, Jaime and Thomas were respectful and professional, in addition to being very understanding working in my home during the Covid-19 pandemic. They had themselves protected and had my family's well-being in mind as they completed a beautiful project.

Update: It's been over 2 years, and the door STILL looks great. I am adding photos taken today. We had a gasket that got snagged about a year ago, I called and the install crew came out and replaced it and did a no charge "service call". Kind of like a 30 point inspection. They also cleaned the glass when they were out as a courtesy. This was the 4th company we met with while shopping for the right frameless enclosure/door for our remodel.

Quick reasons to choose these guys: 1. The sales/ measure team actually LISTENED and helped us choose the best layout. His suggestions were spot on. 2. Tracey is amazing. She set our appt for measure, sent us a quote and ordered the door by the end of the second business day. Install was 8 business days after I signed the agreement. They were fast without sacrificing quality. 3. Installers- polite, left the bathroom spotless, answered our questions and explained care/ warranty.

They came out on a Saturday and used a "temporary" chrome hinge (to be replaced with satin nickel when it comes in) so we could get the door installed before we went out of town. They are coming out when we are back to swap hinges when we return. No charge. 4. These guys were $1000+ LESS THAN all 3 other shops. And they quoted low-iron, treated thicker glass. It was just installed yesterday. I will update w/ photos and durability- but so far we are beyond thrilled.

I had Shower Door King install my shower doors and I love them. The entire experience was great from the moment I first called and spoke to Tracy. They were fast, courteous, reasonable, and straightforward. Jaime and Thomas came to install my shower doors and they were quick, kind, efficient and even took the time to explain how to drill into tile (which they didn't have to do but I much appreciated). I had a great experience with them and if I had more than one bathroom, I would use them to install shower doors in all of them. Highly recommend!

We were passed over to SDK from our remodeling company we were working with for our Master Bath remodel, to complete our shower enclosure. It is a door, panel, panel, and we also requested a door for the large window that is in the shower as well (etched glass). Tom came out to give the estimate, and was professional and courteous. He took all the measurements, answered all questions to my satisfaction and placed the orders.

Our install took a little longer due to a bad shipment of glass (they state they have very rigid standards for their glass, and commented that the first order failed their testing - good to know they accept nothing but the highest quality!). Jaime and Thomas came out for the install, and called ahead. They were in and out in less than a few hours - both professional, kind young men who explained what to look out for and how to care for the glass, along with some literature.

Their work appears to be holding up great after a few weeks, and many showers later! This was a seamless process, with maybe a slight delay due to the COVID situation as well, but that is something they couldn't help. Along those lines, they were very careful to ensure the safety of their employees and anyone in the house, wearing masks. The price was reasonable for the high-quality work they performed and the great looking materials/fixtures. Billing was a breeze with CC payment over the phone. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new shower/glass setup.

I highly recommend Shower Door King referred by Metropolitan Bath and Tile. They installed seamless shower glass doors in our master bathroom From beginning to end, the whole process was very easy. Tracey made it easy to schedule an estimate. Tom gave us an excellent detailed estimate and offered very useful suggestions. We could charged the cost to our credit card without extra charges.

The installation team, Christopher and Jaime, were excellent. They were punctual, hard workers, overall very professional. They left everything cleaned, and provided very good tips about caring for a new product. I'm very happy and will recommend to our friends.

Shower Door King is a Top Notch Company! I decided to go with Shower Door King since they were local to me. Tracey offered a gracious welcome at the showroom, explained all about the doors and choices. Never once did she she try to oversell me anything. She even gave me a brief tour of their shop which included an explanation on how they do quality checks on the glass prior to installation. Tom came out to do the measurements, was very friendly and efficient.

He did a great job since the finished project fit perfectly. Jaime and Thomas arrived this morning to install. They were on time, told me how long it would take and did an outstanding job with the installation. They were also very polite and courteous. I highly recommend these guys. I' so very happy with the finished product!

I called three different glass companies. Two came out to check our shower. All three said that a frameless glass door would be impossible to install given the design of our 1940s stall shower. Then I called Shower Door King, and now we have a beautiful, frameless glass shower door. I am so glad that I found them!

Wow. Tracey and the entire company can't be complimented enough. I am a real estate agent and contacted three companies to do a service job for a client. Communications were horrible until I contacted Shower Door King. I sent Tracey pictures of the problem and she ascertained what I needed, scheduled a team to come out and the issue was resolved in three days. We remodeled our master bathroom a year ago and had The Shower Door King install a beautiful frame-less high end shower door. The employees from the office manager to the installers were first rate. The men came on time, finished in under their estimated time, and totally cleaned up after themselves. It was a flawless experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Needed to replace a sliding glass door. One of the two panels shattered. Shower Door King worked with us to get us set up with a higher quality door and got the appointment scheduled quickly. All of the work including removal and disposal was high quality.

We have an odd size small shower and needed to replace a bifold Shower Door as the old one had broken. I could find no one who could do the job as they don't make bifold of shower doors much anymore. My elderly mother did not want to upgrade her bathroom she just wanted to replace the door. Tiffany went above and beyond to order a door for me and send out an installer in a prompt manner to take care of the door.

She found me a special order bifold door and the installer who came dealt with difficult fits and was able to add some pieces to the door to make it fit by it cutting down. They also had to order the bifold door in a shorter size due to the unusually high shower pan. A+customer service

We have had three different shower projects over the last 8 years in our house. Without exception, Shower Door King was the easiest company to work with out of the long list on contractors. Their work was meticulous. They were prompt. They delivered a high-quality product in exactly the manner they promised and at a reasonable price. If you are considering getting a glass shower and/or shower door and you don't call Shower Door King then you're missing a chance to be happy!

Excellent service and product. SDK installed a frameless custom shower door for my master bath, and a framed shower door for a second bathroom. Both were done beautifully - high end product, great service. My house was actually featured in an HGTV House Hunters episode, and the real estate agent representing the buyers at the time could not stop gushing over how smoothly the frameless shower doors in the master bath would glide - like butter', to quote him!

Three years later, one of the rollers in that shower door got damaged and i notified SDK. They ordered the replacement parts and came by and fixed it within days - once again, an example of exceptional professional service.

Outstanding work and amazing customer service. They earn all the many accolades they receive. The prior owner of our home had done a lousy job installing a frameless shower door (including having the sill tilt outward slightly) and it leaked badly. We've learned that many companies won't repair a shower door unless they've installed it originally, or won't work with particular brands.

We really appreciated Shower Door King's willingness to take on this project and fit us in during a very busy time. Nathan & Derrick removed & reinstalled the door, first resetting the sill. They're a superb team, and worked over a weekend to get the shower functioning before the Christmas holidays. Couldn't be happier!
