The technician (Eli) came to the house and was very professional and did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. He was more than happy to answer any questions that we had and left the area clean. We are very pleased with Brick Street Plumbing & HVAC.

I am satisfied.it looks like he did some tube routing upgrades from the way the copper pipe routing use to be its more simple easier to understand I'm completely satisfied so far

Tylerr showed up on time as scheduled. He quickly installed our hot water heater in about 2.5 hours. Cleanup & paperwork went smoothly.

Preston from Brick Street Pluming has done an excellent job fixing several sink faucets as well as diagnosing the issue with the toilet. He was very quick to identify the problems and fixed them. He is very friendly and conducted himself very professionally.

I have dealt with Brick Street Plumbers several times thru AHS. They have always been very friendly and helpful. The latest was for my water heater that had developed a leak. The first plumber came out and showed me what was wrong, what needed to be replaced and what needed to be done to upgrade my system to meet code. After I found out what AHS would cover and what additional repairs would cost, an appointment was scheduled.

Brick Street has always been on time and the plumbers are great. This time it was Tylerr who came out. He explained everything he would be doing and when he was finished, he showed me what was done, how to work and maintain the water heater etc. He is very nice, very thorough and there was no mess when he left. I absolutely recommend Brick Street and Tylerr.

I had Brick Street Plumbing install a hot water heater on June 6, 2023. The hot water heater went bad 6 months later. It took about a week to get everything scheduled for replacement, because we didn't know who to contact. The manufacture, Home Depot (where we purchased it) or the plumbing company. After we found who we should contact for the warranty, they did an amazing job and were out in 72 hours.

The plumbing company stated they will be out in the afternoon and surprised me this morning to replace the hot water heater. Tylerr was the technician and did a fantastic job on the installation, and also very professional. I highly recommend Brick Street Plumbing for any plumbing service you need.

Tylerr did an excellent job replacing our gas water heater. He was also extremely professional! Would recommend this company, and would request Tylerr if possible!

My hot water heater went out as it was leaking carbon monoxide. I called American Home Shield (AHS, home warranty) and they referred me to them. The scheduling was so easy. Tyler came about a week later to install it. When he got to my home, he noted that the way the hot water heater was installed was very ineffective. He re-piped the entire system, explained it all in detail and even placed a carbon monoxide detector in the HVAC room for added safety and security.

He arrived at 2:30pm and left after 6:00pm. He didn't complain about how long it was taking, but persevered to make sure I would be safe in the home. I don't give out five stars. I actually never have, but they earned every single one of them.

We had a small bathroom with an old shower stall, and were looking for an upgrade. I got estimates from a few contractors, including the big box guys. Tim from Brick Street had the best ideas, got back in a few days with virtual views on a laptop, and had a good (but not the lowest) price. We agreed to timeline and materials, and everything went smoothly - on time, good craftsmanship, and cleaned up afterward, every day. The final result looks great, and is much appreciated. We will definitely call Brick Street next time we want an estimate, and they will start at the front of the line.

We moved to the area about six months ago. The house we purchased was perfect in every way except for the bathrooms. Since we are new to the area we started looking for companies to remodel the bathrooms. While there are lots of companies advertising we found very few that we were comfortable with. Brick Street Construction is the company we decided on.

Mostly because the staff was really knowledgable and they had a fair price. We are very happy that we went with them. The employees that came to do the work did an excellent job. They were cleanprofessional. Thanks to these guys we have a perfect house now.
