Fantastic service, and products from this wonderful company! I rented dining service and flatware for a luncheon, and could not have been more pleased with it. The dinnerware was lovely, as was the flatware, in excellent condition. Pick-up and drop-off could not have been easier. It was a seamless, efficient process working with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the price point was excellent. I would definitely work with them over and over again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of any of their services and equipment.

Always go above and beyond when I need that "must have" item for a special task or event. The office staff is always friendly and the pickup /drop-off spots are always manned by knowledgeable and capable employees. Can't imagine using any other place for rental needs.

I highly recommend Rent-E-Quip! They were very easy to work with, and always responsive to any questions I had. We used them for my Wedding 4/23/2022. They provided the tent, tables, chairs, lighting, generator, dance floor, stage, linens, flatware and glassware. Planning a Wedding is not easy, but they made this part seamless. They visited the site many months before and provided and aerial view of how everything would fit. Its only natural that there are a few hiccups planning a large event, but I never had to worry about Rent-E-Quip. They are on the ball!

We have used Rent-E-Quip multiple times for many jobs of various trades. Every time we have had and awesome experience with the quality of their equipment. There's never been a single piece of equipment we have rented (this includes renting Skid Steers, smaller excavators, middle sized excavators, pipe threaders, and even food holders). Everything has been cleaned and fueled up ready to go.

Their staff has always helped load and strapped down equipment and even showed us best practices of strapping down larger equipment. Their prices are comparable to Home Depot but the equipments maintenance is far and above anything they rent. As long as it's not a Sunday, we stay local and use Rent-E-Quip!

Rent-E-Quip was so helpful! We rented lights for our wedding tent, and we wish we would have gotten everything from them! They scheduled a visit that fit in our schedule, were prompt and professional, and willing to work within our budget, meaning they weren't trying to upsell us or convince us to go with the most expensive option. We will definitely be back next time we need a rental.

Great experience from beginning to end. The online reservation process was easy and quick. Once in the shop to pick up the equipment the staff was super nice and helpful. The return process was effortless as well. The other bonus is the prices are a bit cheaper than big box store locations. I will use this location again for other rental needs.

We have rented a bounce house a few times from here, and every time the experience is just great! They are always friendly and very informative when you speak to them, they are respectful to the property when they deliver and pick up equipment, over all just a great experience with them. The bounce houses are always in great condition and just a blast at a very affordable price.

We have been using Rent Equip during the holidays to rent table and chairs for the past several years. We have never been disappointed with the condition of the rentals. Love their excellent and friendly customer service!

Rent-E-Quip has gone above and beyond my needs and expectations! They have a great selection of equipment and back up their rentals with excellent customer service. Because they've been in business so long in Central Virginia, they also know many of the caterers and other event contractors that I work with which makes coordination of vendors much easier. I recommend them highly!

They delivered and improperly set up a dance floor for my wedding. I'd fully paid for the rental and followed their process for setting up delivery and pick up. When I reached out to them to address and resolve.there was no resolution and it was a true upset on our wedding day. I will never use this vendor again for any of my events and I do not recommend them.

They are great to work with. Best rental company in richmond area. Rest assured if you do have a problem with anything they respond right away and take care of the problem

Rent-E-Quip were fantastic to work with to get all of our rental needs taken care of for our wedding, including a tent large enough for all of our guests that would also fit the space. David was super nice and helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us great advice without trying to upsell us on every little thing like some other vendors did. I was looking for red carpet and stanchion/ropes rentals and ended up at Rent-E-Quip, which also rents everything from heavy duty crane-type machines to inflatable bounce houses to wedding tents, tables and chairs! This place has so much stuff for your party needs! The quality of the things that I rented was excellent, and the prices weren't bad, either.

If you can pick them up, it's even better. If you have to have it delivered, that's when your costs will mount. I don't know that I'd rent wedding china or decorative fabric from here. the place really looks more like a warehouse than a department store. but who knows? It could be nice. Certainly worth checking out.
