Douglas Aquatics was established in 1970 by F. Douglas Salvia and Douglas W. Langford when the two, who both had a long history in the pool and spa industry, joined forces to create a pool management firm. In 1972, F. Douglas Salvia reorganized the company and began offering equipment sales, chemical sales and full repair of commercial or residential filtration equipment.
The Douglas Aquatics team is comprised of a variety of experienced and qualified professionals who are dedicated to providing quality products and services. Several of the Douglas Aquatics staff have completed rigorous courses through The Genesis 3 Design School, an accredited program designed to challenge and inspire industry professionals to adhere to strict construction and design standards, ultimately offering clients nothing short of the highest quality.
At Douglas Aquatics, we believe quality should never be compromised, and that is why we make continued education and industry certifications such a high priority. As members of the Master Pools Guild, we operate with a strong commitment to high quality, customer service and good business ethics. Douglas Aquatics is also an active member of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals.
Douglas Aquatics takes great pride in its work and providing customers with nothing less than what they deserve - the best. It is an honor to be recognized by our peers for our dedication to not only excellence in construction, but quality service as well. We consider it a privilege to continue to provide our customers with quality work and dedication, and we are grateful to be recognized throughout the industry as doing so.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Poor customer service and dishonest management. Technicians would state that they placed chlorine tabs in the chlorinator and I would check that day and there were none placed. Also one of their technicians damaged a pool robotic cleaner and they refused to cover the repair costs. Avoid this company at all costs!

I moved into a new home. The owner had a pool and a contract with Douglas Aquatics. They did our pool inspect when we had our home inspect. They said it needed a new pump and light. It was replaced before move in. I had to contact them to learn how the pump operated and the pool and they came out and explained all of that to get the pool operating. It looks like we will have a pool to use before the end of the summer. ty

I was behind one of their company vehicles in a drive thru this morning and watched the driver throw out quite a bit of trash from their window. Hitting the side of the building, even the pickup window. The lack of respect this person showed to another business is quite sad! Who's to say they won't just throw trash all over the place while working for you? Not so great advertising on your employees end!

Needed work done on my spa, the repairs are covered under warranty. These people require a credit card and ones social security # before anyone is sent out, WHAT. What company requires someone to pay upfront and requires someones SS# to have something repaired. I called the the warranty people and they said "That is unbelievable, I have never heard of such a thing", they were shocked that was asked of me.
They said not to give them any of that information, especially since they are handling the cost of repair. Stay clear of a company that ask for someones SS#, very odd to say the least.

Unfortunately I don't have a inground pool so there is little they can do for me, however I've been going for water testing for my above ground pool for the last few years and every time I go I feel very welcomed and I'm always given great advice on what to do to adjust my pool levels. I'm very happy with the advice and friendliness they give.

Douglas Aquatics has been taking care of our pool and fountains for many years. We have been pleased with their response time whenever there is an issue. And, they are very knowledgeable and up to date on all things related to pools from the aesthetics, mechanics, and amenities. There have been many instances where their customer service exceeded our expectations. It is nice to know that Michelle and Bob are available when we need them.

This summer I had Douglas Aquatics resurface an older pool with a dark color. I understood there would be a mottled effect not a solid color. However the surface is strangely streaked with large dark lines across the surface. I have looked at a number of other pools with this same color, French grey and not one of them has the discoloration that I have.
I feel that my concerns have been met with a "poo poo" attitude and a dismissive explanation that this is the way it is.period. From other pools I have seen I feel I have a sloppy inferior job by a company with little regard for my satisfaction. Beware
