Called the office to schedule an estimate to install a new bathroom shower. Ed showed up with a sour look on his face. Didn't introduce himself and was not very personal. Our little Yorkie wanted to say hi and he just acted annoyed. After showing him the new shower ideas he seemed not interested and acted like it was a waste of his time to be at our home.
When I called the office to schedule an estimate I explained we had a small house and she understood because she had a small bungalow and just had a new bathroom remodel. I have received numerous estimates from roofers, siding, new doors, gas install, etc for our home remodeling projects and have never been treated like this before. Ed was not professional and lacked customer service worst than anyone I have ever met. I would never do business with this company. Ed is the owner of this company; I would expect better.

We recently had the bathroom in our old bungalow renovated top to bottom by Ed and his amazing team. He and his crew do an excellent job, considering every detail right from the start, and he really know his stock. I was really impressed that he personally took to time to strip and restore the old doors in the room, even polishing the antique brass handles till they glowed.
He also went out of his way to find alternate suppliers for crucial hardware when his regular suppliers were back ordered. Sourcing from as far away as Brooklyn, this ensured the project was completed on time. I highly recommend this business!

Just popped in the shop a few days ago to take a peak and was greeted by Susie who then spent quite a while showing me their cabinets, discussing the quality of the product, finishes etc. She sent me home with multiple catalogs and told me to come back and she would help me design my kitchen and baths. It was a lovely experience especially since another kitchen cabinet place I stopped at that day did not even raise their heads when I came in the door and started looking around.
I'm looking forward to going back and working with Susie. They have a lot of interesting door styles and colors to choose from plus counter tops and bathroom fixtures. Also, no troll in the parking lot.

I am an interior designer and was told that Asheville Kitchens & Baths was a MUST stop. West Asheville is an Awesome place very artsy and I was really looking forward to looking through the shop. I parked in the parking lot and there is a really cool Rock and Mineral shop next door, so I started there looking at the rocks. All of the sudden there was a nasty little lady (that did NOT speak much English) screaming at me for parking in the lot.
I told her that I was parked there to visit Asheville Kitchens & Baths. She said that the parking lot was theirs and that I had to move. Again I told her that I was there to visit Asheville Kitchens & Baths and that the sign said that it was their parking lot as well. She told me to move or they would tow my car. The owner of the Rock shop told me to move to his lot and leave it there while I visit Asheville Kitchens & Baths.
I moved my car to his lot but would NOT visit Asheville Kitchens & Baths. The place is NOT worth the trouble. I will be highly recommending the Rock Shop and putiing a "NASTY OWNER" review on The Mexican Restaurant, and a "NOT WORTH THE HASSLE" on Asheville Kitchens & Baths. There is NOTHING they have to offer that is worth the NASTY attitude this lady has.
She is their Parking Lot Police. Hateful woman! Free Parking at the O'Reiley Auto Parts, or behind the rock shop there is an Aldi Grocery Store. They DO NOT TOW! But if you visit this place BEWARE of the "Parkinglot Troll".
