Services
Just recently, I was asked by an interviewee, "What was my favorite thing about Stone Masters Inc.?" I had never been asked before, and I never thought about it but I found the words just came spilling out; "the stone". If I was pressed for my favorite stone, it would have to be soapstone. That is the beauty of it.
Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Quartz and Soapstone Counter-tops are Natural Stone Countertop Materials. Quartz has matured in quality, appearance and market share, which is bringing down the price. In the past 2 years it seems as if quartz manufacturers have outdone themselves each quarter with better colors and patterns.
We will take 10% off purchases up to $2500 | 15% off purchases up to $5000 | 20% off on purchases over $10,000. We will combine Old countertop removal costs, stone/quartz countertops, tile backsplash and accessories such as stain warranty, sink grids to help you achieve the highest discount possible.

It's been one week since Stone Masters installed our new Ijen Blue kitchen countertop and we absolutely love it! Karlene's communication throughout the process was stellar. Alan came to do the template and walked us through everything, asking questions about what we wanted and listening to us so well! We then met Brandon for the digital slab layout and he was awesome!
We wanted to see different scenarios and he showed us every option until we hit upon the perfect cuts for the slab that complimented our kitchen layout and drew attention to this gorgeous countertop. Sarah was so very, very helpful with scheduling; quick to reply to emails; and even made sure we got samples of our stone. A real pleasure to deal with.
Then Zach and Tom came to install. Like everything else up to that point with Stone Masters, they were terrific! The install went flawlessly. They took great care bringing in all the slabs, especially the giant one piece (no seam, thanks Brandon!) for the kitchen sink area. So very careful not to scrape the walls and just overall very considerate of our house.
Thanks Zach and Tom! And every time we went to the showroom Doc was there to greet us. Thanks Stone Masters! I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to have a new countertop installed.

Stone Masters was such a pleasant experience for getting our new marble countertops. Starting with my meeting with Chelsea and her helping me through the process of picking out a stone and Sarah with the fast scheduling. Also, big shout out for recommending contractor Dave B. for helping to build the cradle for my farmhouse sink. Alan was great at templating for new counters, explaining the different options available.
They fit perfect. Brandon helped with the digital layout, helping me pick the best grain design in the marble section. The installers were Martin and Zach and they did a great job installing the counter and my faucets. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I especially loved being greeted by Doc!

Loved working with Stone Masters! The whole process was super easy and the staff is great to work with. It's clear Chelsea was invested in our project as much as we were because she helped us find the perfect stone and color. Alan and Matt were great at explaining the templating and digital layout clearly, and really listened to what we wanted. Install was also quick and easy! Martin, Erik and Tom are really fantastic, not only friendly but considerate of my at-home work schedule too. Sarah was also helpful by scheduling it all for us by email. But our favorite of all, was Doc - the friendly puppy/greeter We love our new counters!

Great place to get your countertop! We had a small project and needed a countertop. We couldn't get a stone countertop at a big box store because we had such a small order. We looked on Google and found Stone Masters. While they are a little more in price than the big box stores, the quality of service, workmanship and especially the stone is well worth it.
They were in no way overpriced! We needed a remnant and they had a good selection. We absolutely loved the Elysium quartzite when we saw it. Karlene was very helpful in explaining the process and the options. Some unfavorable reviews talk about the process to reserve the stone. To me, it was explained and stressed several times. It's a fair process.
After we installed the cabinets per directions provided at time of purchase, we called and Sarah helped us schedule the appointment. Alan came out and measured for the template. The was a little out of square and this was taken into account when the template was made. The countertop was cut and finished faster than expected. Christian and Zach professionally delivered and installed the countertop. We couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied with the entire process! We will definitely look to use them again when we renovate our kitchen several years from now.

Very satisfied with Stone Masters. Our project was small, just a countertop for our laundry room and they still gave us great customer service. Chelsea Panichi was our contact, she's very professional, gave us quick response to questions and keep us informed every step of the way. I'd definitely would recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Stone Masters! As a real estate agent, it's very important for me to find good contractors for my clients and not only will I recommend Stone Masters in the future, I have a beautiful kitchen to show off their work! Karlene was able to show me the perfect quartz for my project and got it in stock during covid.
She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions and emails quickly. Alan didn't embarrass me at templating when he informed me my estimated measurements were a *bit* off. Matt showed me the slab when it can to the office and made sure every piece was perfect during template. He was informative and meticulous.
He was an absolute delight. Christian and Zach were the BEST. Diligent workers. Respectful. Intelligent. Extremely capable. I would love for them to do more projects in my home! Thank you, Stone Masters! We will be back!

From the sales team, to delivery, to install, Stone Masters provided a great experience from start to finish. Karlene was knowledgeable, patient and truly wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice and purchase. Sarah, Alan, Brandon, and Matt were great at answering any questions we had during the scheduling, template process, and digital slab layout session.
Our job required 2 days of installation and Andrew, Christian, Martin, Shannon and Zach were polite, professional, and did a wonderful job making sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with the result. Overall, a very knowledgeable staff attentive to your concerns. We are very happy with our new kitchen countertops and would highly recommend using them.

ZERO My original post is below. This is my update as so many have asked. I anticipate there will be a harsh comment from the owner after this, as that has been my experience, reading reviews on Yelp and Google. Though the countertops "look nice", and the installation was quick, the rest is awful. After six months our counter stained from nothing major, and we should have been warned about the product.
After calling to have a post project conversation it was bizarre instead and she did nothing less then bully. On other sites they actually call people names! I would never recommend a business where they can not communicate for continuity, and with an investment in thousands they are nothing short of snake oil salesmen. Beware! Don't be seduced by the showroom.
I hope others who have contacted me are able to use legal services with this company. There is likely no other choice. As a business owner I am keenly aware of the entire process of transactions and service. Though we were satisfied with the front end and middle sections of the purchase process, we are now finding out about the poor back end and after purchase for customer service.
We elected not to purchase extra product on top of over $3,000 to seal above and beyond the countertop, and we did not know it would stain so quickly. we did not purchase the cheapest stone. But really what is more troubling was that when I sent a pic.of the stains looking for guidance I did not receive a phone call. We got a two sentence email reply. Not only a poor way to retain repeat customers, it is also a poor way for word of mouth.

Very happy with how our kitchen counters turned out. Chelsea was great through the whole process, providing extremely clear instructions on how things would happen and what to expect. Alan did our templating and Matt did our digital slab layout. Both were very knowledgeable and explained everything they saw and recommended. Christian and Zach did the install. The install went great, and everything was cleaned up really well. Sarah did our scheduling and was very nice. Overall, would highly recommend Stone Masters.

We want to thank all the team at Stone Masters for an absolutely beautiful installation of this Carrara Marble counter tops in our kitchen. I'd like to call out Chelsea, Brandon, Matt, Zack, Christian, Shannon and Sarah. I'm sure I missed someone so assume the entire team was professional and extremely helpful. Next up is getting a coordinating backsplash installed. Cheers.

I am very pleased with the service, workmanship and end result of my kitchen update. Even though I chose a budget package I was given prompt, attentive service and Chelsea Panichi was very helpful at every stage. The sales people and work crews were highly professional. Everyone was friendly, competent and prompt. There was no mess left after the install and when I had a small problem it was corrected quickly. I highly recommend StoneMasters and would use them again in the future.

Working with Stone Masters has been a pleasure from the very first time we visited the showroom. Karlene was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions without any pressure. We visited several times before making a decision; Karlene helped us every step of the way. Brandon visited our project for templating. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and helped us make decisions that we never knew we had to make.
After templating, we returned to Stone Masters show room to review the digital slab layout with Matt. This is a very worth-while step in the process where we were able to choose what part of our slabs we wanted to use. When we arrived, Matt had already had the project laid out; we made a few tweaks for our personal preference and we were finished. Sarah quickly scheduled our installation and today, Christian and Martin installed our beautiful counter tops.
These guys were on time, professional, respectful of our home, answered all of my questions, and did a fabulous job installing our counters. I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful these counters are. Pictures do not do them justice! I am attaching a few photos, please note that we still need to tile the backsplash and finish the floors, but I could not have dreamed of a nicer kitchen! Thanks, Stone Masters, for helping us realize our dream home!

I had my granite countertop installed today. I could not be any happier not only with the countertop but the whole process from start to finish was such a pleasure. Really cool people and very professional and good at what they do. I got a great deal on a piece of granite for my small kitchen and they still treated me with professionalism like they valued my business.
I want to thank Chelsea for showing me the stone and briefing me on the process and any options that were available and helping me get the most out of my purchase. She was such a great person. Then there was Brandon who stopped by to do the template, what a great guy, he obviously knows what he's doing and is super friendly. I believe it was Sarah who helped me get the countertop install scheduled ASAP, I needed the install immediately because I had no openings in my schedule after that.
Thank you. And to the great guys who installed the countertop, Shannon, Alan and Brian, thanks a lot, you did a great job. To anyone who gets a countertop and ever worries about a seem, I got one and it's superbly done. It's barely visible. Very well done and the stone is just amazing. Great experience. Great local company. Will definitely go back in the near future. Thank you.

We recently renovated our kitchen and had Stone Masters Inc do our countertops. Their selection and service by far were the best above the rest! The entire team make the experience a pleasant one; from start to finish. A special shout-out to Karlene for her expert advice! We chose the Black Leathered Pearl granite for our perimeter and the New Azul Aran granite for our island. We absolutely love love them both!

We had an unfortunate experience. One piece of granite in our kitchen looks dull and chips. We have contacted them and they assure us that they would never have made a mistake. They do not stand by their work. Also, when I posted our issue on Nextdoor app, many others have told us that they had the same experience.

We renovated our kitchen recently, and Stone Masters was our source for the perfect kitchen counter. My husband and I were so impressed by the product range, the quality of what was on offer, the price transparency, and the expert guidance we received. We are thrilled with our new countertop and sink, and with the very professional job Stone Masters did in measuring out and installing everything.
Special shout out to Karlene, our salesperson, for helping us through the selection process and details. Also to Sean for the template, and Sean, Alan and Tim for the final installation

We had some settling a year after a full kitchen renovation, I emailed and Karlene responded right away to set us up with appropriate paperwork to fill out and had us scheduled for the fix within less than a week. Tim showed up knew exactly what he had to do and talked thru his fix. We were ready to go in no time at all! I have already highly recommended you guys to a friend and cant say enough good things about our total experience! Thank you for being so responsive especially during such a busy time of year!

I contracted with this company to install granite countertops for my kitchen. Two employees arrived to install the countertops. A lead installer and a helper. The helper refused to wear a mask in my house. I asked him to put on his mask and he stated, "I cannot wear a mask when I am carrying 500 pounds of stone." I said to him, "well you are not carrying any stone now, put on your mask".
He still refused. The lead installer asked me to not say anything about this when I write a review as he already discussed it with his supervisor. Another employee, who arrived much later also refused to wear a mask and went so far as to tell me he didn't give a damn what I wanted or thought and he didn't have to wear a mask if he didn't want to.
They fabricated the peninsula and return in two pieces instead of one solid piece. It was separated along the return and while I was not happy about this, they assured me that they would epoxy it so the seam would not be noticeable. The seam was very visible, I was unhappy with how it looked and I believed that this would not last forever and the epoxy could lose its efficacy and fall onto the floor.
I asked the lead installer why this was done and he said that he had one of the smallest trucks and the piece wouldn't fit in the truck. I felt that was an unsatisfactory explanation and said so (ok I said that was a BS explanation). After all, they must fabricate and transport pieces much larger than mine, why aren't they set up to handle this? Isn't it better to keep the granite as one piece in order to ensure the integrity and durability?
The underside of the overhang was not uniform in feel or appearance. I complained that this very important piece of my kitchen was defective and given the seam break and this, I wanted something to be done about it. The helper stated it was done in order to ensure evenness of the piece. That answer made no sense and I said as much. The helper said he could polish the underside, but if I was not going to be happy with the piece, he did not want to waste his time doing that if it would need to be returned anyway.
My feeling that I communicated to them was that I paid top dollar for this granite and I feel like I was given an inferior product. It was at this point, the lead installer called the office, told me that a supervisor and the owner, Dan DiTomaso were coming out to address my concerns. When the supervisor arrived, I showed him the problems. The supervisor told me that the seam was decided by them because I did not do a digital layout.
I told him that was BS as this granite did not require a digital layout and doing a digital layout would not include where a seam would be placed. I walked out of the kitchen and stayed out of the way to let them finish the installation. When I finally, went back to the kitchen, there were 8 Stone Master employees in my house and one employee had no mask on at all and one had his mask under his nose.
The supervisor said they were finished and asked me to do a final inspection. I noticed that the seam was very visible and while I did not say anything about that, I was not happy about it. I ran my hands along the underside of the peninsula and pointed out a nick that was not filled in and another section on the peninsula that was not uniform. Dan DiTomaso comes storming into my house with his mask under his nose, his face beet red and starts screaming and cursing at me.
I am backed up against the sink with his men surrounding me, while Dan is towering over me pointing his finger in my face, calling me a f**** b****, and that they have done everything to satisfy me yet I am calling his staff liars and complaining the whole time. He said he wasted enough time with me and that I was nothing but f**** trouble. I was visibly upset, shaking, literally cornered and scared for my safety, while Dan raged on.
He only took a step backward, when my plumber heard the commotion and came upstairs to see what was going on. Dan told them to remove "every last piece of granite" and to take it back, he was done with me and my b***s***. He said that he still owned the granite, even though I paid 90% of it and he had the final check in his hand that he told his men to give back to me and stormed out of my house.
As the employees, removed the granite, the one who was taking apart the sink was not wearing a mask and told me to f*** off he didn't give a s*** what I said. I told him to get the f*** out of my house, he laughed and ignored me. After they took their granite and cleared out of my house, I was left shaken, upset and my blood pressure extremely elevated for several hours.
He still refused. The lead installer asked me to not say anything about this when I write a review as he already discussed it with his supervisor. The installers were cool. however, when I was on the phone with Ann marie Ditomaso (owner), there was a miscommunication over some pre-install pictures I emailed them. First she told me to calm down and I was never hype to begin with. Then she said she needed to speak to the fabricators and give me a call back. THE PROBLEM IS. she never hung up the phone and I heard their entire conversation.
I listened in while she and several others called me stupid, and "what an idiot". I was shocked to the point where I didn't move fast enough to record it. I realllly wish I had that recording. After a few minutes of degrading me and calling me names, she hung the phone up and when she called back I mentioned to her, that I heard her call me an idiot and the next time she and her employees degrades a customer, she should probably make sure she hangs up the phone first.
She says. "I didn't call you an idiot it was a customer". Wait. she had me on speaker in front of another customer?!?!?. and blamed it on them. really?!?!? I read some reviews on various sites and it seems most of the bad ones involve dealing with her. This lady is beyond rude, didn't take responsibility for degrading me, didn't apologize because she was too busy lying about it (i doubt it was a customer).

We used stone masters for cabinet purchase, install, and granite. The design and purchase was a pleasurable experience. Once the cabinets came in the install is were we were displeased. We had recruited them to do the complete install and at the last minute they backed out of framing the island and pantry, and installing the drywall. We had to find a new contractor at the last minute to perform these tasks which delayed the project for more than 4 weeks.
Once we overcame this hurdle, stance masters came in to install the cabinets. It took over two weeks of full time install to end with very poor quality workmanship. Cabinet doors not lined up correctly, molding installed with larger gaps, stuffed paint on the ceiling and walls, and brand new hardwood floors scratched. They said the cabinet doors were as good as they could get them and the molding gaps were there because we didn't purchase a kit to flush mount the trim. ( I'm not sure how we could have known that we needed this) once we paid an additional $2,000 to have the flush mount kit installed, the molding still had gaps and was uneven.
Once again I was told by the installer that is as good as it gets. The large scratches in the floor were never resolved as they told me to have the installer tell them how to fix it. But after the cabinets were installed, I didn't want them touching my floors. The granite installers were great. They were friendly and seems to know their job very well.
We did see a lot of advertising that you can't see their seems, but we can definitely see ours. Other than that, the granite is beautiful. If we only used them for granite I would be giving them a 4 or 5.

We are 100% satisfied with our experience at Stone Masters. They have a beautiful array of granite to choose from, as well as coordinating back splash and drawer pull materials. Shout outs to Nicole in sales, Matt in design, and Eric, Len, John and Tim in installation, for taking good care of us. We especially liked the digital layout process which allowed us to place the dramatic features of our stone exactly where we wanted them, before cutting.
The entire process was very professional and our counter top looks amazing. We would definitely recommend Stone Masters to anyone looking for a new counter for their kitchen, bath or bar.

Strikes and gutters on this one. Product and installation A+, Service lacking at times. Our initial salesperson was helpful, but at times seemed more concerned with re-writing quotes and sending them out via email and mail while we were still making up our minds instead of waiting for us to make a final decision. Our removal of old counters and granite template went great. Bubba and Trae were fantastic and their attention to detail on the template really showed at installation.
The digital layout was also fantastic. Our technician was extremely helpful and was really great at selecting a flawless digital layout as well as engaging us in all steps of the decision and physically showing us our slabs in the workshop including calling out all possible flaws and how he could hide them. I didn't get the names of the granite installers but they also did a great job.
The tile backsplash had it's ups and downs. We selected one of the upgrades and I guess the tile was hard to come by. The only problem was that they scheduled our install before confirming the tile would be in so it was repeatedly pushed back. The tile installation was again a fantastic experience with Bubba and Trae. They replaced tiles that were not a perfect fit at my request and took time to make sure everything was clean and protected during the install. Last but not least, they are extremely professional yet good guys. Very personable and engaging as well as skilled technicians and at the peak level of customer service.

They might be good craftsman (anything is possible?) but I didn't have the chance to find out. I selected a slab and wanted to pay for it the same day. They wouldn't let me, saying instead they would email paperwork 2 days later. Of course, 2 days pass and I receive nothing. I follow up, asking how much to pay, and they come back to me with another set of questions.
I answer quickly. I'm ready to send the check when I have an inkling that I should reconfirm the exact slab that I selected by emailing a picture. This is when they say, "sorry, that slab doesn't actually work" and ask me to pick a specific slab that costs $500 more. Because I have already put at least a week into this project I say OK despite the obvious "bait and switch" tactic (HUGE.RED.FLAG).
Then they tell me that slab is sold, why didn't I act sooner, it's the last of its kind. F this place -- it is exhausting. It is run by hotheads who call you just to yell at you. I wouldn't trust them with a butter knife and a loaf of bread, let alone work that requires extreme precision. They are all kinds of crazy. Thrilled to bring my business elsewhere (Philly has a lot of soapstone options). If you want to keep your grief levels down, you'll do the same!

The response to my review was copy and pasted from another review site, with out addressing the problem. The ownership doesn't take responsibility for their rudeness, and the way they treat people. It's clear in the other bad reviews how their customers get treated when they disagree with them. Their response also has to have some kind of negative dig at the customer. Good business' don't do that. Good people don't do that.

We recently had new granite countertops installed by Stone Masters as the final step of our kitchen remodel. They were very good to work with and came on time for both the measurement appointment and installation. They were very careful when delivering the countertops as we had our hardwood floors recently refinished. Alfredo, Jesus and Alejandro were very polite, did a great job installing the countertops to the specifications and explained everything to me when installation and signoff was required. The color and quality was exactly what we were expecting and it fit within our overall budget. Really finished off the kitchen! Thanks so much!

Stonemasters answered our one star review. U would expect them to be defensive but they did not tell the exact truth. We NEVER said we would not pay. That was not the issue. The issue was the wrong tile was installed in n the first place. Yes they sent us samples with a darkening agent on it. The thing is they should have taken it out and installed the right one.
However we did not want to be without a kitchen for the 3-4 days that would have taken. And since we decided to keep abd live with the wrong tile it would have been good customer service to give us a break on the Cust if inconvenience fir us and the wrong install by then. One nite thing. That computer based "look at seaming" before the install? Not necessary. Another way to squeeze money from u. Nice people. Good installers. Lousy customer service.

From our first visit to Stone Masters we knew we were in good hands. From the front desk to the showroom to the slab warehouse, every single employee was interested in assisting us in any way. We had a dream and a budget. We were doing a complete kitchen gut as well as other major renovations at the same time in our house. The very personal service and advice provided to us by Stone Masters helped make our dreams come true and made our house into our HOME.
They know their stone! Every question was answered with regard to type, source, care, and best fit. We fell in love with a slab of Quartzite and the process of choosing the right cabinetry, tile, and flooring could have been overwhelming, but the pride Stone Masters takes in their products and services made the whole experience a wonderful one. Stone Masters provided recommendations for designers and contractors as well as coupons for discounts at various appliance, tile, fixture retailers.
The fact that so many quality outside vendors partner with Stone Masters is impressive. We chose from those recommendations and were not only pleased with them, we were able to stay in budget! The contract for our stone was very easy to understand and made us feel confident in our choice. The Digital Slab Layout was AMAZING. Our counter tops show the very best of color and grain from the slab.
The template, fabrication, and install are top notch, there is not one millimeter off- even where the top meets an ancient exposed brick wall! I challenge anyone to find the seam. Thanks to everyone at Stone Masters for putting up with my random yet constant emails and phone calls. Thank you for helping make our dream come to life. We receive so many compliments and I am proud to tell people- GO TO STONE MASTERS!

We went on Sunday to pick out a piece of remnant stone for a small cabinet fabricated by my carpenter. We picked a level 6 stone at $81per sqft. The next day, they called the carpenter and told him $300 to $350 for less than 5 square feet, but requires a template. He tried to explain.he built it, no template required but they refused and became rude.
He just asked for a written estimate, to price shop. I call Stone Masters after receiving the emailed quote of $705 for a piece of stone 37.5 x 18.75 (4.88 sq ft), cut off a larger remnant The woman was so rude, stating "they are entitled to have any policy to make their store flourish ". Well good luck with that! We went to another stone supplier and they sold the same quality stone, also a piece off a remnant, for $250!. Guess where my carpenter will be going for the rest of his kitchen installations. NOT HERE!

Good product and nice salespeople, but horrible customer service and ownership ethics. They only take checks and will blame you if anything goes wrong. Check out all the one-star google reviews and the owner responses. They simply will not take responsibility for anything and will insist that if anything goes wrong you weren't paying attention and to enjoy your time up the creek without a paddle.

You couldn't pay me to work with Ann Marie of Stone Masters. We had a nice first experience there and found a slab of soapstone we wanted to buy. We offered to sign a contract and give a deposit onsite the same day. They would not allow that. So we signed the contract less than 24 hours later over email. Within an hour of signing the contract I had a phone call and an email from an employee of theirs saying another customer wanted the slab and it was "a matter of who drove their faster with a check." So off we raced to Stone Masters with the other customer beating us there.
This entire situation left a really bad taste in our mouth but it only escalated when we tried to address it. Ann Marie told us that a contract "is only a piece of paper" - so please remember that if you try to purchase from Stone Masters. They do not view your signature or commitment to their offer as binding. And they will pit you against other customers as competition.
We were willing to still go with them however after another conversation with Ann Marie, she likened buying a piece of stone from Stone Masters as buying a blouse from The Loft. she told me my mother has attitude (oh, and by the way my mother who has attitude just had done an expensive project with them a few months prior so you can see how Ann Marie views her paying customers.).she told me the employee who emailed me that I only needed 30 square feet had miscalculated my project and that the employee, who was actually very nice, was no longer with Stone Masters a week later.
Then on the phone, she told me I was on speaker phone with her staff so that she had witnesses. Interesting customer service approach. In addition, the contract you sign with them - which is apparently just a piece of paper - states that any unused stone from the slab you purchase does not belong to you and is property of Stone Masters. So they take the unused scraps from your project and resell them - material you pay for but don't use in full makes more money for Stone Masters.
And they sell and advertise these scraps on Craigs List. With so many awesome places in the area to buy stone, and places that will value a contract and a customer, I could not see why anyone would ever be spoken to the way Ann Marie treats her customers or go with Stone Masters. Stone Masters holds all the power and any signed contract by a customer is "just a piece of paper." And Ann Marie is willing to call previously paying customers derogatory names. Good luck if you go with them. We will never return.

I did not have a good experience with the company Stone Masters. Nobody is perfect, so companies will make mistakes, and customers are people, so their expectations might be higher than other customers. I look at negative reviews for patterns; to see how a company responds to negative experiences about their company. This company gets defensive. This was a miss on my part when I was selecting a vendor, and it happened to me. Go to google reviews and sort by negative reviews and see how the company responds to customers who have had problems. You be the judge.

Stone Masters is an excellent choice for new countertops and kitchens. We recently purchased a new granite countertop from Stone Masters and we were thrilled by the service every step of the way. Natalie, our salesperson, showed us many slabs of granite and we chose the Blue Sapphire. Brandon measured and prepared the template and helped us figure out what we needed to ensure the countertop was exactly where we wanted it and what curves and overhangs we needed.
Six days after the template John and Mike arrived to install the beautiful piece of granite. They also installed the new sink, dishwasher and plumbing. All of the Stone Master employees were courteous, punctual and helpful. We would highly recommend Stone Masters to anyone looking for a new kitchen at a fair price. We love our new Kitchen!
