They are very nice. However, better communication and responsiveness is needed. My pool was opened in April. The technician didn't check to make sure all of the equipment was working before he left. After repeated unanswered phone calls and emails, asking for service; I had to get another company to fix the heater. I asked to be placed on a schedule for bi-weekly chemical maintenance because I still need help regulating the chemicals.

So far, no one has been helping me. Last year, a pool cover with an anchor system was requested. It was never ordered. Supposedly this year, a technician did measure for a new cover. But, he wrote the measurements on his hand, so who knows if the cover was even ordered or if it will be the right size. I'm not bashing this company. I'm just frustrated because they aren't helping me with everything I need.

Go the extra mile to help you and can get parts really fast.

Communication is very poor, was scheduled to have multiple cleanings and filter sand changed. They showed up one time and never again, phone calls and voicemails were never responded to. Thanks for nothing Bill.

Great service. They really know pools and equipment. Pump was making noises and Matt was able to fix it right away before things got any worse. Would definitely recommend.

We've been working with Professional Pool Services for years and they're the best. Very prompt, very educational, very trustworthy, and very professional. Hence the name.

Purchased winter cover from them last year and had them close our pool - no issue there. We then paid to have them open our pool. They said they had to come back to clean it almost a week later. Water level was too high and filters could not filter water when they opened the pool. My husband called and asked if we should lower and they said no that when they come out to finish and clean their vacuums would lower the water.

New pump from last year not holding pressure. Our pool is greener than our lawn. My husband called the pool company and they pretty much had the attitude "Sucks to be you" and that it wasn't their fault and that we were on our own. We also asked about a robotic cleaner. He quoted us one for $1,200 - funny the same unit is $700 everywhere else. Greedy practices and lack of customer service - we will NEVER use them again.
