I highly recommend this place. Matt and Tony are 2 great down to earth guys who really have helped with my plumbing needs. If i ever have any kind of plumbing issue I will definitely call these guys. I have used McNabb Plumbing for 5+years and can only say wonderful praises about each service call. Starting with Andraya who is one of the most pleasant and vibrant customer service person I have ever spoken with. She is always very attentive to whatever problem I may be having and gets the team out asap! Same goes for Melissa. I had a problem today and phoned McNabb and Melissa had someone out within 90 minutes!

Needed a new water heater. The old was taken out and a new one installed in 2 days. There was no mess left behind, all doors were locked, gates were closed after he left. Matt did a great job helping us figure out why our water heater had been leaking. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to clearly explain to me what the problem was and what the solution would be. He also gave me the full price before beginning work allowing me to make an informed decision. Matt was super knowledgeable and I will be asking for him by name for any future plumbing repairs.

Morgan unclogged a basement floor drain and replaced a trap from a shower. He was very efficient and completed the work to my satisfaction. A floor drain trap will be replaced at later date. He explained the work to be completed and provided me with a satisfactory estimate of costs. Shortly after the McNabb office called with a date for the work. I will always request Morgan in the future.

WJ McNabb has killer customer service. Both of the gentlemen that were sent to my house were phenomenal. Knowledgeable, personal, effective, and informative. The premium is a small price to pay knowing you're getting quality work from people that actually want to service you. I had a minor leak, and they were genuinely excited to get in there and problem solve. You'll be seeing my business again, god willing not soon.

Called late morning that I had a clog in my sewer and water was coming into the house. McNabb was able to get a technician out to the house in less than a few hours. Michael did a great job diagnosing our issue and unclogging our trap. He also explained the cost(which was very fair) and explained other costs that could incur. The repair was done quickly and was at the bottom of the cost scale. We appreciate the quick service and that they didn't take a bad situation and make it a very costly one too.

We never had a regular plumber to use for issues so when a leak developed this weekend, I was calling around to any plumber I could find. So many didn't respond or couldn't get someone out until Wednesday when we'd been without water since Saturday evening. We called McNabb and they had someone out the next day. Mike D. was amazing! He was knowledgable, professional, friendly and worked tirelessly to find the leak which was a pinhole leak in a pipe on the complete opposite side of the room from where the water was coming out. He had it repaired quickly and we were very happy with the service provided. If we ever need a plumber again, we will definitely be using McNabb Plumbing!
