Jason started plumbing at age sixteen, working as a plumber’s helper. He acquired not only skill, but the joy and satisfaction of helping people solve their plumbing problems.
After graduating high school, Jason enrolled in plumbing school at the Allegheny County Master Plumbers Association (AMPAC). It was there that he perfected his skills as a Pittsburgh Plumber. Jason continued working for a variety of plumbing companies in the region, but he became disenchanted with some of their practices and policies. It was then that Jasone decided to launch Pine Creek Plumbing to focus on quality work and create an honest, reasonably priced and reliable service for homeowners.

I had another plumber replace 3 shutoff valves under my kitchen sink 10 months ago. 2/3 started leaking at the valve inlet. I called Pine Creek to take a look and they scheduled a time for the following day. Josh was on-time, professional, and honest. He replaced all 3 valves quickly and verified they were working properly with no leaks. I think I've found my new go-to plumber!

I had a tankless water heater installed. My house can be a challenge to any installer. Jason and Josh did an excellent job. They worked from early morning until late in the afternoon. The installation is perfect. They kept me informed and asked when any options needed to be discussed. The site was clean when they left. I am a truly satisfied customer. Very professional treatment. I had a gas line for a dryer replaced earlier in the week and called them back out for a leaky toilet later the same week. Both times they responded promptly, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly fixed both problems the first time for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough.

Sam was amazing. He did the job that other plumbing companies refused to do. He got in a difficult spot to cut and replace a leak over our HVAC. He showed me what he did and with what he replaced it with. He was professional, well trained and with good knowledge of everything answering all our questions and saving us money in the long term. Started using Pine Creek Plumbing last year and found them to be efficient, and they do quality work. Minus 1 star b/c their prices have started to climb, and their (full) hourly rate is consumed in the first 30 minutes as well. This makes jobs 1.5 times more expensive for the first hour of labor. So basically, what you are charged is significantly higher than the hourly rate advertised.

Very responsive; got an appointment for next day service. Toilet was repaired well, but I took one star off for our plumber not cleaning the toilet well after service as well as not clamping the chain back onto our new toilet handle. (I only found that out after the toilet did not flush properly later that night. I had to twist/tighten it up myself.)
