Started by brothers-in-law Paul Panagiotidis and George Avgeris, we have been steadily building our reputation and our client base for the past 33 years, beginning with our friends and neighbors on Long Island. As a matter of fact, many of our employees grew up on the Island and continue to live here today.

We can't say enough good things about Total Home Construction. From the very beginning we were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, concern and care shown by Paul (one of the owners) when he first sat down to talk about our plans for renovating our home. From start to finish Paul and his staff, especially Karen, Zoe, Rolando, Dimitri, Alex, Elmer, Carlos, Jimmy, Steve and Giovanni were just a few of the professional, caring, clean and skilled people we dealt with while renovating our home.
They paid attention to the smallest of details and came up with some great ideas to make sure we were happy during every phase of our home's remodeling. Paul and his staff always got back to us immediately and always addressed our questions and concerns. What started out as a business relationship has turned into a friendship. From the owner to the office staff to the work crews, everyone was courteous, professional, timely and committed to quality. We re-sided an 80 year old house and the rot issues that arose were brought to our attention timely and fixed in an expert manner with steps taken (reposition gutters) to ensure no future issues. Would highly recommend.

From the first day of meeting Paul and his crew we knew we were in good hands. Total Home Construction is truly an A+ company. There is no cutting corners. I went with the preservation integra and Marvin doors. Great products. The work is excellent from beginning to end of clean up. I would and have recommended this company to many. I broke a piece of siding and called Paul up and within days he was there yo replace the broken piece. Now that is customer service. Thanks again for the great job

The first impression of Total Home Construction is how their staff interface with you in a caring and professional way. They leave you with the feeling that they want the best for you and your project. Next, is how this attitude filters down to their crew with the installation of your project. Last, is how they quickly will resolve any problems that may occur. Obviously, this culture comes from the top. I will only consider Total Home Construction for all future projects and will certainly recommend Total Home Construction to my family & friends.

I was looking for someone to do siding on our house and couldn't find anyone satisfactory through family and friends. I came across to Total Home Construction coincidentally in the internet. Since this is not the way I find people I called them with reservation. They looked at the images of the house and gave me an estimate on the phone. The description of the job they would perform was very similar what I read in consumer reports magazine.
A few days later, the owner of the company came to our house, did the measurements, gave us the contract with the same price he told us on the phone. Quality of the work they did was exceptional, better than I have seen on home improvement shows on television and incredibly detailed for such large scale job. I will recommend their services to family and friends with no hesitation.
