Brandon C was referred to me. He was able to come a day early last minute because my plumbing situation was urgent. He was professional and explained how I could possibly prevent the situation from reoccurring. I would gladly call on him again if needed.

David S was on time very professional and got the job done. we were having some issues with our bib on the exterior of our home. The only reason for four stars was the price, but the job is completed and I am satisficed with his work.

Chris P notified us when he was on his way and arrived during the scheduled window. He identified the problem quickly, sourced the necessary parts without issue, and performed the repairs well as we are no longer having issues. We have used Royal Flush Plumbing a few times (and have had Chris P come to our residence twice, friendly guy). Every visit from any of RFP's field plumbers has been pleasant (as pleasant as any visit from a plumber can be)and has been for unique, unrelated issues, which means the folks RFP has know what they are doing and do it well. We will absolutely continue to use Royal Flush Plumbing's services in the future, and would readily recommend them to anyone looking to hire a plumber.

Called these guys after another plumber couldn't make it out. Within 2 hours Kris came out and assessed, estimated and worked diligently for a solid hour before successfully clearing my sewer line. Because the drain access was under the front porch, I had to cut the decking to allow access for him to use his auger. He was professional enough to repair it for me after I cut it. Top notch guy! Will use again if ever needed.

Royal Flush is my go to plumbing service provider. They are ALWAYS responsive, professional, timely, and reasonable. Anything that simplifies my life is my preference and Royal Flush is always a 1 time solution for me. Jose was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I probably could have replaced the product for close to the repair price, but the fact that I'd spend time researching and shopping for a new product, then manage the logistics of installation made it wise for me to repair the product since Royal Flush was in my home in 24 hours. Time and money well spent, I think.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the service. My shower drain has been clogged for the past couple of months. With travel and a busy work schedule, I haven't had time to deal with the issue and the problem was too big for my handyman. I called Royal Flush on a Sunday morning and they sent Justin Dorminey out the same day, at no extra cost.

He was so professional and communicative. After about an hour of taking extra care, he successfully cleared the drain. He didn't set my expectations too high and didn't over promise. As a matter of fact, HE OVER DELIVERED. He called on Tuesday to follow up and I couldn't contain my joy. One, the fact that he called to ensure that I was satisfied and two, my shower drain was working better than it has in a long time. I am on the board of a Home Owners Association in Decatur. We started working with Royal Flush this year (2021) after having a very bad experience with a different plumber. The board of directors is SO relieved to have found such a great vendor and partner in Royal Flush. I specifically want to give credit to and a big thanks to Justin Dorminey who continues to go above and beyond in the customer service and patience he has provided to our HOA.

I have personally been extremely impressed by the amount of time Justin has spent explaining the issues and solutions in such a way that I truly understand the problem. Justin is perhaps the most responsive vendor I have ever worked with and also incredibly dependable and knowledgable in his trade. Justin does what he says he will do and always calls you back.

Our HOA is a 35 unit community with a 40 year old sewer system. We anticipate needing future repairs to the main sewer line and we will definitely be calling Royal Flush for all our plumbing needs!

Had a main line blockage and Stuart was the emergency tech on the project. He was responsive, informative and timely. He quoted the price and though he spent twice the time on the project, completed the difficult repair (big tree root blockage) and honored the price while quoting a bigger repair that's now needed. Very appreciative and recommend this company.

Worked with this company to help 2 of my clients today and Stephen Carr was very honest to let us know that it was not a plumbing issue. We also had Kris Om on a different project found the leak and had it fixed same day! This company has done a phenomenal job and I can account for both of those men as honest and hard-working.

They scheduled me three times and they didn't show up on appointment dates, they never bother to call ahead and let me know that they were not going to show up they don't care if you missed a day of work just to be home for the appointment schedule, When I call them their answer was "sorry about that". I could never rely on this company definitely they're not serious about their business and have no work ethic.

Please save yourself the trouble of using this company! I had a call from the city on a Tuesday that said my gas and water bill were rapidly increasing due to a bad hot water heater. I made the mistake of calling Royal Flush who told me they would be out Wednesday. I was STOOD UP by this company. When I called to see what was going on, instead of being apologetic they acted too busy to try and help me out.

Asked RF for an estimate to install a simple outside spigot from a waterline inside a basement. Fifteen feet to the wall. Maybe two hours work and $40 in materials. The RF initial quote was $975. I said "No way." They instantly said how about a "one time offer of $675?" I called a different licensed company in the area and got the work done for $356.25 (with veteran discount). Royal Flush went down the toilet on this one. They shouldn't price a job based on your neighborhood.

Royal Flush gave me excellent service again! This time it was a huge job. They had to replace about 16-20 of sewer pipe in my yard because it had gotten blocked by a tree root! The job ended up costing about $3700 total, and they offered 12 month financing. But for about 3 days of work and everything they had to do, I thought that was reasonable. Technician Edward was very professional and kept us informed at each stage of the project.

Drake did an AWESOME JOB.had a major issue.he worked all day to get my water back on in the rain storm we had a few weeks ago. I hope Royal flush realizes what a great employee he is.they need 50 more just like him.

Got an appointment next day for drain clog. First plumber said needed to dig up concrete (WRONG) without doing any other troubleshooting. Royal Flush did some troubleshooting before jumping to conclusions and was able to clear the blockage. Great service and Very Knowledgeable. Cost to time Ratio a little high.

UNBELIEVABLE! Royal Flush really went above and beyond my expectations. Had a clogged drain line and 'stuff' backing up into the house. Called my warranty company which was useless. Called Royal Flush and they responded right away. Not only that, but they found that roots in the drain line was the cause and they had made a repair with the year that was about 18 from breakage, THEY COVERED IT AS IF UNDER WARRANTY! John said it was the right thing to do. Who does that anymore? I am definitely a customer for life.

This plumbing business is super unprofessional. It literally took them 24 hours to fix the a leak in the neighborhood. We can't wash our hands or asses. Due to the COVID-19 I expect better from this business.

I will never just use a handyman and cheapest quote again. After having work done by a long time handyman I noticed serious issues and him not being insured I had no real recourse. I took a friends recommendation and called Royal flush. Steven Lauder showed up on time and after I showed him the issues he proceeded to show me what had happened. Steven was the utmost professional and explained in detail what he had to do and why.

He took his time and replaced one toilet that had numerous issues being installed due to the jury rigging the previous guys had done. He fixed two major leaks and did it in record time. Good company. Spent 2200.00 on plumbing work to clear and repair sewage line to Clayton County. The other quotes were 2900-4120. They offer spread payments and well work with you. I will call again if needed.

I called for a quote on sewer line backup/root excavation and they sent Scott D, Field Supervisor out. The company called to let me know he was on the way and when he showed up, he was very professional and not pushy like the 2 other plumbers who had been over. Gave me a deal compared to other 2 as well. I would use again.

I had someone come out to give me an estimate. I got a call saying he'd be there in 30 minutes. An hour later, he was there. I let it slide because I know how Atlanta area traffic can be. He then took a look and gave me my quote. He told me what the problem was, but didn't explain it well and I wasn't clear on the issue. He also said it may or may not fix the problem and that we may need to do more work after that.

I told him I'd discuss it with my husband and we'd call to let them know the next day. He then began to pressure me to immediately have him fix it even though it wasn't very urgent. I told him again I needed to talk to my husband. He asked when he'd be home and if I could call him. He also said he needed to call his boss to see if they could give me a "deal".

He came back and said he couldn't reach him and that he couldn't leave until he did (unless of course I told him to get off my property). No matter how many times I told him I needed to talk to my husband, he kept on and on pressuring me to do it right then. By this time it was almost 7pm and I needed to feed my baby, have dinner, etc. He finally reached his boss and they offered me a "deal" of $100 off, but only if I did the repair immediately.

I told him no yet again and he left. The next day I had another company come out. They found the problem immediately, quoted me almost $200 less, explained the problem very well, and fixed it with no issues. Definitely won't be using this company in the future.

We had a kitchen issue we needed cleared up right away and had a hard time finding someone. Royal flush was available sooner than anyone else and competitively priced. The plumber came on time, very professional, and no hidden fees. Everything was performed as discussed and at the office given. Great honest service!

We moved into our new home and discovered that the laundry room drain and supply lines were severely corroded. I called in the morning and received an appointment time for early afternoon. The answering staff was very responsive to the issue. Patrick showed up in the purple van and quickly sized up the job. A price was given along with a detailed explanation of what would be completed.

The price was fair and the work was performed quickly. No trash was left behind and the area was swept up. Since the job required cutting a section of the drywall out, I did have to go back and patch the spot. This was expected on my end. You guys should consider having an individual who could patch up the spot after the work is completed--I think a lot of people would pay to have this done all in one stop. Overall, I job well done and a great price!

Military beware. although they might advertise that military and police get a 50% discount, they will not honor it. I recently moved to the area, because military moves around, and needed an emergency fix on my water pips. A technician came in two days in a row (because they didn't have a part). So even though he knew I was military, he did not give me a discount.

When I called the office to try and get reimbursed, the receptionist was rude, and told me she would talk with the manager about refunding me money. Three calls to that office later, of course. I did not get the discount. I would suggest removing the false advertisement. and i have passed the word to all those I work with, I do not want any of my soldiers getting ripped off at Royal Flush.
