Ambassador is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and a certified Pella remodeler. Repayment terms vary from 12 to 144 months depending on loan amount. 8.99% to 14.99% fixed APR based on credit worthiness, subject to change.The first monthly payment will be due 150 days from the date of application and monthly thereafter. We used Ambassador for a gut renovation of the first floor and an addition of a second floor. We chose Ambassador after speaking several times with Gary because we felt the proposal was complete and competitive with other contractors, had confidence they could execute with high quality and complete the job in less time than other contractors by 1-2 months, and we had known someone who used Ambassador previously and had nothing but great feedback.
Our Project Manager was Doug Foote and he has been awesome! He constantly communicates with you to ensure you're aware of the schedule, he's responsive to my numerous questions, he takes time to fully explain issues/solutions to you in order to make educated decisions, and he's on top of everything. He's made this experience a great one. Overall I would highly recommend Ambassador. Gary, Doug, Dan, Kathie, and the rest of the Ambassador team are true professionals!

We used Ambassador Home Improvement for our custom home build. We chose Ambassador after having met with Gary two times within a 3 year period. He was always patient and took the time to explain the process. We scoured the internet for reviews and everything we read was great. We also had a friend who used them for her home build and years later she was very happy and spoke great things, especially about Doug the project manager. Doug was also our project manager and he was always responsive when we had questions or concerns.
He offered solutions and alternatives when we were unsure how to proceed. We feel they provided a quality product and they stand behind their work. We are glad we chose Gary, Doug and their team; we recommend them to everyone we know looking to do major construction on their home. We are very happy with our new home and can't thank them enough for bringing our vision to life.

My wife and I chose Ambassador for a home improvement project in Plainview. After meeting with several contractors we met with Gary and immediately liked his confidence and process he described to help us execute our vision. His team was responsive, attentive, professional and did a beautiful job with our home. The Ambassador staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about the outcome of our project and design questions along the way.

I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced in dealing with Ambassador Home Improvement. From the design phase, to the contract, and the construction, I always felt like we were in good hands. And, most importantly there were no surprises and no disappointments. These guys simply did everything as promised. A special thanks goes out to our project manager Doug who skillfully handled every aspect of our large renovation project to perfection. When we started our home renovation project, Ambassador Home Improvement was the first contractor we met with. From day one, we were impressed with Gary's confidence, knowledge and experience. We met several other contractors, but no one was on par with Gary and Ambassador. We ultimately chose Ambassador Home Improvement for their competitive prices, excellent reputation and work quality, and because we were drawn to Gary's family oriented personality and how he carried that over into his company.
From project start to finish, we experienced firsthand that Ambassador Home Improvement really is a family business, and every member of the team feels like a part of the family. Front and center for us was Joe Fiorella, our Project Manager. We have so much gratitude and respect for Joe - he showed up on site every day to make sure our project was running smoothly and efficiently, he was always available for communication and he helped advise us to make the best decisions throughout the process. (He's also got some great insight on stocks, so do ask him about that if you have the pleasure of working with him!) To put it simply, we came to Ambassador with a vision that Gary understood and promised to deliver and Joe was the one who helped make it happen and turned our vision into a reality.

There was a substantial 3 level extension and significant changes to the layout of the house. One of the great things about choosing Ambassador is that the whole process was easy for us as homeowners because Gary and Joe kept everything organized and efficient throughout the process.

If you are looking for a home improvement company, then Ambassador is the one for you. Since this was our first major project to be done to our home we wanted a company that would guide us along in the process as well as produce amazing results! We were so pleased to have picked Ambassador! They do not disappoint! The Ambassador team is one of the best you can find.

We just had a major renovation done on our home that included second floor dormer, install all new 2 zone HVAC and heating system. We couldn't be happier with the job done by Ambassador Home improvements. Gary and his team did an excellent job. The entire project was done in a timely manner. All the work was done to proper code with permits. Our project manager was Joe. He did an excellent job of managing and keeping the project on time. I would highly recommend Ambassador home improvement.

Using Ambassador for our home improvement project which included an extension adding a master suite, kitchen remodeling, deck and siding was one of the best decisions we made. Starting at the top with Gary everyone is honest and focuses on quality. But the person that really made it happen was Joe F, our project manager. With an eye for detail, Joe F. helped keep everything on track, informed us every step of the way, listened to all of our concerns; he made us feel like the most important customer. No detail was too small to ignore. Quality work at its finest. I highly recommend Ambassador for your next home improvement project.

I found Ambassador Home Improvement from one of the house that he had done remodeling in our neighborhood. I was impressed with the quality of the work and I asked them about the contractor. They were very happy to tell me about the work by Gary and Ambassador Home Improvement. Gary was the first contractor that gave me an estimate and I got about 5 more estimates.
He gave me the best price but I wanted to make sure that I receive good quality materials and quality work. After the meeting with him at his office me and my wife were convinced that Ambassador Home Improvement is the one will be doing my home renovation. I met Joe from Ambassador at a pre work meeting with Gary and his team. A very friendly, professional guy.
He was there from day one of the renovation. He explained every work before it starts and addressed any concerns during the work. He went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were still living in the house during the renovation. I would give full credit to Joe for the steady progress of the renovation. The project started at the beginning of February 2022 and it is getting close to be completed in the beginning of May 2022.
I will say for sure that the quality of the work was never compromised. I would complement all the workers of Ambassador (I know all of them by name) they all are very professional and friendly which was a concern for my wife as I mentioned earlier that we were living in one part of the house while the work is going. They were all worked very professionally and I would like to thank all of them. Overall, we as a family are extremely satisfied with the work Ambassador had done and would like to thank Gary, Joe and the entire Ambassador team.

This company is up front, honest and dedicated. The work that was completed on our house was fantastic. It was a long journey, but more due to bureaucracy (permits) and lack of supply due to the crisis we face today. Make no mistake: they are not cheap. And once you see the work they accomplish you understand why. We went fro having a cape to a half dormer and a full new bathroom. Outstanding. Doug is fantastic to work with and is always on top of the project. I highly recommend. Thank you so much :).
