I had john construct a dormer expansion about 450sf in plainview back in 2012. John is a rare breed. Hands on and capable framer. Most contractors today either offer lip service or selling your lead down the chain of command. It took me a half decade to remember to leave a review. His work and his crews work has held up over the years. I generally pick my contractors with a handshake. Johns hands were at the time like sandpaper. A working mans hands and very crafty.
