Had issues originally years ago with the kitchen remodel and finally had plumbing fixed recently that their tile guys clogged with their grout. Service: Kitchen design

Ed the owner is incredible. Top notch individual that values customers. My husband and I could not be happier. Ed is professional, responsive, efficient and his office is a beautiful showcase of his work. His process is clear and we are thrilled to work with him and his team. Researched & got estimates from several companies. I read the reviews about NDA Kitchen and spoke with several people who had used them. They are pricier than most but well with the money! They are very thorough before, during and after the work is completed. There were no "hidden" cost that popped because they do some much preliminary work. All the workmen that came to the house were polite, and neat. NDA stuck right on schedule.

I absolutely LOVE my kitchen. Michele was wonderful. She would touch base with me every day to see how things went and to let me know what would be done the following day. Bottom line, if I needed any other work done, they would be my first call. Great company!

I called to get an estimate. received a call back and first thing I was asked is how much I was looking to spend. I thought that was the reason for an estimate. Apparently the size of my kitchen didn't interest them. He said the amount I was looking to spend wasn't enough. Goodbye

NDA remodeled our kitchen in 2011 and did the most beautiful job. We are so happy with how it came out and still can't believe how beautiful it is. In January of this year our microwave needed to be replaced but there was a problem in that the manufacturer did not make the same size microwave. We contacted NDA and they advised to purchase the new size microwave and they would fix the cabinet to fit in the new microwave. They did and they didn't even charge us for this wonderful service. The technical person was wonderful and very kind. I believe his name was Courtney. Thanks NDA

If I could give NDA 10 stars I would. They have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. John helped us design the kitchen. He is so nice and easy to work with. He has a great idea, responds very quickly to questions and is very open to any ideas that you have. Courtney, the project manager, was on top of the job from beginning to end. He communicated with us daily, and oversaw the entire project.

He made frequent visits to the house to make sure everything was running smoothly. Chris and Phil worked their butts off on all of the carpentry work, and cleaned up every single day. They were immaculate. Michelle oversaw the daily schedule. She was in contact with us daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I never met her but can tell that she is a sweetheart!

Everyone was extremely professional and nice. And unlike other construction companies, they stuck to the schedule they gave us, so we knew each day what was being done, and best of all, there were no delays.

Beautiful showroom, very nice staff. Come here if you want your friends to be insanely jealous of your home.

NDA did a Kitchen and Bathroom for us. The workmanship and quality was just amazing. Both rooms came out top notch. My bathroom is now my favorite room in the entire house (and my Kitchen is the 2nd favorite)- can't wait to get up and take a shower with all those shower heads. Everyday when they left they would clean up as if the job was done and they were never coming back (scared me a little the 1st day).

But they always came back on time and ready to work. This company is just amazing I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is at such a stand up guy how could you not do business with this company! The price was fair the workmanship was amazing I would highly recommend this company.

Things are great when you're in contract. Post-contract customer service is utterly disappointing. My husband and I decided to go with NDA after speaking with multiple contractors. NDA was the most expensive option, but they were also the most thorough and professional. NDA's contract is extremely detailed in regards to material and pricing.

Their designer, John Nelson, is amazing. Big shout out to John for designing a beautiful and functional kitchen. He took the time to design a great dining area while other contractors simply wanted to keep the old layout and slap on new cabinets. The workers on-site were efficient and diligent about keeping the place as clean as possible. The one major complaint I have is the grout and caulk work - both in the kitchen and the bathroom.

The caulk between the backsplash and countertop has separated - for the second time now. Grout in multiple areas of the bathroom developed a crack. The grout at one corner of my bathroom window is cracked and yellowing. Our major concern is possible mold, which is a pain to remedy. We've reached out to NDA about these issues several times since November.

They still haven't been able to resolve the issue. There's a general reply about checking worker schedules or reviewing the request but NO follow through. This has been very frustrating. Based on these events, I would not recommend or use NDA again for future projects.

This is another rave review for NDA Kitchens. They are professional, precision craftsmen. Their primary mission is to wow their clients with amazing customer service ( that's you Michelle ) and they do that well. Bending over backwards to make sure we were happy was the theme throughout the process. On Ed's first visit to scope out our home (and before he had any assurance that we were going forward with him), he was climbing around on hands and knees in our attic to figure out the best way to design our kitchen. Redesign the layout 4 times?

No problem! Seal off the kitchen in a plastic bubble to avoid dust before demolition? Of course! Stick to a written, day by day schedule of work progress like a clock? Yup. We were promised a kitchen completely finished before Thanksgiving and guess what? We had 35 guests who were eating turkey in our home who had no idea that 2 weeks before, we were looking at studs and insulation. NDA is the real deal!

If you want to renovate your kitchen like they do on those tv shows, and if you simply want to tell someone what you want and then have them miraculously deliver, you need to call NDA Kitchens. We recently renovated our entire kitchen and NDA made the experience easy and comfortable. Not only did they complete the renovation in 4 weeks, just like they promised, but they also took care of any problems that arose along the way.

They took care of everything from drawing up my design wishes, to ordering supplies, to planning a detailed day by day schedule, to following that schedule perfectly. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and dedicated to getting the kitchen done correctly and on time. A big thank you to John, Michelle, Mike, Tommy, Chris, and the rest of the group! You really are the best. I highly recommend NDA Kitchens!

NDA was Top Notch to deal with! Walter was our kitchen designer and was knowledgeable, thorough and really listened to what we wanted! The project ran right on time and every person that came to our house was professional, timely, and always cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend NDA! Three weeks and our kitchen was done!

So far, so good! Called this place a few days back, spoke with a very friendly person named Stephanie. After talking with her, she passed me on to a sales person named Walter. He will be coming to my home in a few days to help with my complete kitchen remodel. Took my wife to the NDA showroom in Smithtown. Everyone there is so friendly and no pressure at all to buy.

Many great options, family atmosphere and again very informative. Talked with a few other couples that were there and we're already into their designer area of their project and we're so happy with the service of this company. Can't wait to start our kitchen now with NDA!

They've done work to my house they finished my basement promptly and never had one issue with them. The workers worked hard everyday to make sure the job was completed on time and done right, couldn't of asked for a better compAny

In this day and age, it was so refreshing to deal with such an intelligent, professional, hard working, amazing team. They ALL truly care about their work. They did an excellent job at my home and it was no small project! NDA did exactly as they promised and went above and beyond to make up happy everyone was always on time like clockwork and they finished the job exactly when they said they would.

Ed and his team are very nice but the fact remains they don't pay for their products from their suppliers. Who would want a common street crook working inside your house. Avoid at all costs.

NDA is the best in the business! They did a complete remodel of my home, kitchen, dining room, including two additions of a family room and master suite. Work is great and I recommend them all the time. Estimate was exactly correct and it was done in 8 weeks. I even brought them back six years later to remodel another bathroom and home office. Done in two weeks. All you need is Ed and NDA!

I have just had my kitchen finished and I have to say NDA was fantastic. Samantha helped us pick just the right colors and designed it perfectly. Courtney was fantastic and always responsive. Michelle contacted us everyday and with only one glitch (that they resolved perfectly and made sure I was happy), they even finished on time! I heard that they were a little higher in price, but after seeing how everything was done perfectly and thoroughly, I can honestly say they were worth it.

Even better, they took such pride in their work and were excited at how beautiful their work was. After seeing other friends struggle with such a big project, I would highly recommended the company!

Last year we had NDA redo our kitchen. It was an elaborate job that required load bearing walls to be moved, and took over a month to complete. We could not be happier. These guys delivered on everything they said they would do and more. Every aspect of their work was outstanding. They were professional and honest. I normally don't like leaving my house unattended with workers inside, but these guys were totally trustworthy.

Their was only one thing that required us to call them back (a defective hood from Wolf [Not NDA's fault]) and they were responsive and did the right thing. They were not cheep, but you get what you pay for, and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone: they were awesome.
