Called to reserve chairs to be rented for a party we had Labor Day weekend almost a month in advance. Went to pick up Saturday per the phone conversation I had someone and the receipt they sent me via email and there was a note on the door stating they were closed for the weekend. If we had known this would be the case we would have liked to pick up sooner. Thankfully, a family friend was able to loan chairs for free. The only reason I didn't give one star is because they tried to say they would send someone up to put the chairs outside the gate for us but it was at a time WAY too late.

Best rental business east of the Mississippi! Awesome friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff in front and back of house. They have everything from mowers to skid steers to bounce houses to popcorn machines! Great stihl factory service and sales team as well. They have sold me a few stihl pieces and I had one that had a defect and they were able to get stihl to replace the part quickly and had me back in business ASAP.
Always a great experience here I've rented from them for years for my landscaping business all the equipment I have rented was very nice and always worked never a breakdown so super reliable as well which is a need in the business!
