D&D Fence has been fantastic! We first used them about 6 years ago on a large fence (part wood, part aluminum), and then again this past year for an additional project in our yard. From our first phone call, to install, to maintenance requests since, these guys are so great. Friendly, professional, and top-notch at what they do. I am so pleased with my new aluminum fence. Great quality fence and they had very hard workers. Veronica was very kind and kept me updated through out the installment period. 0 stars We scheduled a consultation and estimate on 09/09/19, they provided the estimate and we scheduled the next available date that was today 9/20/19. After getting approval and providing the installation date to our HOA, no one showed up to start the installation. We reached out via email to find out what time they were scheduled to show up today. only to be told "I don't have my guys scheduled to come to your house till next Friday.
I would not have sent them out before notifying you." I advised of the dates on the agreement And their response was: "Things get off schedule but for sure next Friday. If I can set them before, I will let you know." To me their level of professionalism is subpar. How do you tell a customer a specidic date and then not show up or even call to let them know you will not be able to come out and do the job.
They did not show any empathy, we got no apology or eagerness to fix the issue. I took off work today to be available during the installation. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment, because if you can't keep your word on a agreement what will the quality of work be?

100% satisfaction NOT guaranteed. While the fence looks good the customer service is non-existent. Do not pay in full if there is something you need changed or if there is something that did not get done to your specifications. Once they have the full payment they ignore all calls and emails. We have tried to contact the owners on multiple occasions with limited response.
The only time I actually got a response was when I told her I was going to leave an honest review and file a complaint with the BBB. Then, I was assured someone would be in touch to see when we could get the problem corrected. Yet, no one showed. The main fence gate was placed in the wrong spot and is literally on top of the house. Making it a challenge to get in and out the gate without it swinging wide open to the front yard.
This obviously causes a problem when trying to not let the dogs out of the fence so in turn we don't even use that gate very much. There's argument on their end on why they put the gate there but at the end of the day we would have never agreed for it to go there or swing outward. It should have been checked with us first and/or corrected right away.
Since the original agreement had the gate one section farther down. So here we are again. We were ignored for nearly 1 month after payment, then told someone would be in touch and most recently have been ignored again after I checked in another month later via email and phone calls. Still no response. I understand being busy but I do not understand not calling your consumers back and correcting a problem. It's unacceptable to go days, let alone months.
Our fence work was put up in March. I will be following up with Georgia Consumer Protection Unit as well as BBB if concern is not addressed timely. However, given the fact that it has been over 3 months it probably won't be and I should probably just get my forms ready.

I wanted a well built, good looking wood fence, and D & D delivered. Danny, the owner, was very helpful in helping us plan it. The foreman, Jorge, reviewed every detail with us, along with offering many ideas for improvement, to assure that we were pleased with the finished product. We were very pleased the end product.

Went with D&D Fence Company after receiving two quotes from local installers. They were the cheapest by a few hundred dollars, and had a much shorter wait to begin installation. We had a great experience from start to finish - D&D was prompt in scheduling and providing a quote (despite a scheduling mix-up on my end) and actually came to begin the installation ahead of schedule. Their crew did a great job as well and we couldn't be happier with our new backyard. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

What a wonderful group of people to work with. The office staff is amazing at fence selection and timely quotes. The installation crew knew how important the fence was to me because of having dogs. Stayed until the last bit of daylight to get the job done. AND cleaned up the yard completely. Great job!

Sometimes it is best not to choose the least expensive company to do your work. I was excited to see how much I was saving with D & D fence company. After they hit my water line, left wire all over the yard which I subsequently ran over a piece with my lawn mower and after a month of calling and emailing them to ask them for a very simple five minute fix of my gate pole that they mistakenly put on the wrong gate, I have learned a valuable lesson.
Never pay a company until the job is complete and you are totally satisfied. When Veronica tole me they did not have time to take care of this 5 minute fix, I realized how little they valued me as a customer.

So impressed! You have to call these guys! New to town, I called a bunch of companies for an estimate, but almost didn't follow up with D&D after a few red flags (the number on their website had changed and they didn't answer the first time I called). I am so glad I did -- they came in at 60% of what the others did, came out the same day to map it out and explain the permit process, and had it installed the next morning. Literally, less than 24 hours from first contact to completed, beautiful fence!
The guy who came out to do the estimate was great, professional, and even helped solve a few problems with the property line, forested areas, zoning regs! The installers were just as professional, courteous, and did a great job. Can't believe how great it looks and am so happy that it was half of what the first few companies had me preparing to pay!
