Bowles Construction

We had a tree fall on our house and Bowles showed up in force that day. They covered the gaping hole in the roof and that was the only part of the process that wasn't a headache. Bowles charges insurance companies top dollar then uses the cheapest subcontractors. It took over 6 months and a lot of headaches. If you have damage and need your house fixed don't use Bowles Construction. We also had items stolen a weed eater, propane tank, and my wife's shovel. They didn't replace any of the three.

Critical: Professionalism Very rude. Wouldn't even listen to description of my issue. Just said he wouldn't make any enough money on the job. A insurance claim with file already open. Guess he just picks easy jobs. Needs to advertise that on his website to avoid INCONVENIENT calls.

Requested estimate for repair work caused by water damage. Claimed area required water mitigation services and refused to perform repair work until it was done. Contacted water mitigation company they referred me to, got charged for them to come out and tell me everything was dry with no presence of mold, and nothing needed to be done. Wasted my time and money. Editted after owner response to correctly note they were not "hired" for any repair work.

Do not waste your time and money! Unless your job is way easy and a quick Buck can be made you going to get the run-around. I'm not sure who left positive reviews but I can only assume that they were friends and family. If you're browsing to find someone legitimate these guys are not it! Just the typical nightmarish incompetent company. Be aware

Multiple roofing companies and even the USAA adjuster had annotated and visited all the damage from the storm both external and internal. The gentleman that came out appears to be overwhelmed and right away you could tell in his mind he made a decision that they will not be doing this job. But instead of admitting that they are unable to complete this job he played games wasted my time.everything was quickly looked at not a lot of notes or pictures were taken came back another time same thing and finally very ambiguously got out of doing the job do not waste your time. If you're military or prior service honestly it would be best if you look elsewhere. Super shady!

I had a horrible experience with this company. An estimator name - Scott came to my damaged home by the storm to give me an estimate and not that he did not give me the estimate he played some wired games and made excuses every day to send me the estimate and delayed my repair for more than a week. I find other company, and in 1 day I got the estimate and construction started right away. So save your time and find a better reliable construction company in the time of disaster.

Used this Company for water damage to hardwood floors. Excellent service and awesome repairs. My thanks to Eric Smith, job foremen, for all his hard work, patience and knowledge. Highly recommend this Company.

We had a very positive experience with Bowles Construction when they repaired our home after extensive water damage. All members of the company were very professional. Our project manager did an excellent job restoring our home back to its original condition. They also assisted us in making several upgrades. We would highly recommend Bowles Construction.
