9pm and we're still waiting on our 4pm appointment. We have used Busy B for 10+ years and will NEVER again. I called twice after 4pm and was assured "they're running late, but will be there." I had rushed home to be here by 4. I called a 3rd time a couple hours later, gave my name, and was hung up on. I have called 4 times since then and left voicemails.
No response. So, now I will have to pay someone reliable holiday weekend prices tomorrow since Busy B no showed. Not sure if the business was sold or what. But, the work ethic and integrity that we once experienced from this business are gone.

My wife and I were lied to. We needed a gas line installed in our kitchen. We went over the work that needed to be done with Busy B, and I thought we had an understanding on how it was to be done. When I received my estimate, it wasn't even close to what we were originally told it would be. This was because they decided to change the means of installation we originally discussed. When we brought it up to Busy B, they said they would send us an accurate estimate. They never did. They are unorganized and unreliable.

My pool pump went out and I needed another one. I called Busy B and told them and they said they would sent someone over. They sent someone over for 10 min who told me I needed another pump and they charged me $90 to tell me something I already conveyed to them. They told me it would be $1200 to fix. I called P. Alewine pools who sent someone over and fixed my problem for $450 with a year warranty. My second opinion saved me $750
