This place is awesome. If you want high quality product and great service, go to Kirkland. If you go ask for Tommy. He came over to our house, measured every where and Tommy was very professional. He gave us all the options and allowed us to customize our flooring. We initially just wanted to change the flooring in our kids bathroom and ended up getting all the carpet replaced in our house and the the bathrooms. Tommy was AWESOME!

Let me say that this was our 2nd stop while shopping for carpet. After speaking to Ellen we did not need to search any more. She was very knowledgeable and taught us about the different types of caret and padding there were. She helped us to find the perfect carpet for us. The installation was scheduled within a 3 weeks time frame. The job was supposed to take 2 days to complete but they were done in 1. The crew was respectful, accurate, and speedy. The whole process was smooth and non-stressful. I would highly recommend. We can't believe how much we love this carpet.

Kirkland's recently replaced our carpet and we're very happy with the experience! Tommy was our salesperson and was always available when I had a question about the process. He worked within our budget to find the perfect carpet for what we needed. The installers were respectful of our home and replaced part of the subfloor where they found a weakened area. We're very happy with our experience and plan to use Kirkland's for any flooring needs we have in the future.

I love my new floors from Kirklands. The quality of the product is great and looks even better. I was incredibly impressed with the service from the store and the installers. Not only was Ellen super helpful but she is very knowledgeable and was awesome about working around my schedule. The guys that installed the floors were also really nice and got it put in quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend Kirklands!

Had an insurance claim from a flooding and I decided on LVT with the help from Emily. It took 10 days to decide, have the flooring and get it completely installed. I love the results! With an extra push they were quick, but extremely responsive to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend the company.

The flooring was nice looking in the showroom but it looked even better in our house. We love it and have been enjoying it very much. The crew that installed the flooring was nice and courteous. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Kirkland's did everything they said they would do plus more. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to having flooring installed. It was nice to deal with local people who really care about you.

Steve and his crew did an awesome job on my hardwood floors yesterday, they were very informative, professional and respectful. Tommy the sales representative did an awesome job, as well. He kept me informed from start to finish. Kudos to them! I will definitely be using Kirkland's again and recommending them to my friends in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

Amber was a pleasure to work with on the sales and scheduling side. Kirklands installers were great as well. We received a great deal during their MLK Holiday Sale, this allowed us to expand our initial flooring replacement so that we could replace all of our carpet with hardwood flooring, as well as installing an awesome kitchen back splash. I would highly recommend Kirklands to anyone in the market for flooring and tile.

My wife and I wanted to extend our foyer hardwood into the living room. We were unsure if we would be able to match it since the original flooring was 8 years old. We went to the showroom and worked with Amber and she was able to narrow down the possible choices that would match. After getting samples, they were close but not exact. Amber came to our home and knew right away what would match it.
The installation went without a hitch and we are extremely pleased with the quality and work. I would highly recommend for any flooring needs and we will be back for future projects.
