Burton's Plumbing & Heating

I have used Burton's Plumbing & Heating in the past for my plumbing needs. When I had an issue with my kitchen sink I didn't hesitate to call them out. They are always on time and prefessional. If there is any issue all you have to do is call them again, and they will come out to see what the issue is. Take care of the issue and don't charge for coming back out.

Our broken toilet flange was above our DIY ability. They were responding to call me back and get me in asap. The gentleman were very knowable and up frount with what could be done as well as potential issues. Cost up frount was presented. Very respectful to family and home. Also done in a timely manner. When I called the rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She said Monday would be the earliest (6 days) I said that would be great and 2 hours later she called back and asked if he could come now! Wow how great is that! The service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable he offered me multiple solutions and prices. He explained the differences and I chose the best. He finished in a short amount of time and charged what he said he would. He was my hero. If your not going to Burton's you're doing it wrong!

Both the phone agent and the plumber were very professional and respectful. They accommodated a visit on the same day to unclog a drain. I will be coming back if any more plumbing work is ever needed. Thanks and keep up the great service! Services: Sewer cleaning, Drain cleaning

In just a few months apart, this is the second time that we used Burton's Plumbing and Heating. Both times we had Justin who came to the daughter's home that she recently purchased. Justin was honest, polite, considerate courteous, and sincere. I would also say, highly professional as well. The first time was due to the main bathroom toilet leaking. Justin quickly knew what the issue was, removed the toilet and had to install a pipe extender for the toilet to seat properly.

Mission accomplished. The second time it was an outdoor spigot and Bathroom sink leaking issue. Justin looked at the issues, re-piped under the sink due to jerry rigged piping and had a new outdoor spigot installed. One thing for sure, one doesn't have to stand over Justin to see what he's doing. He definitely knows his business. In the future, any plumbing issues that I may have at my home, I will definitely call on Burton's and hopefully get Justin again.

Tyler was so professional, confident of his diagnosis of our problems, patient and educational and got the job done in a thorough and prompt and professional manner. I'm so happy the company responded to my problem right away. I have never used them before and have been looking for a long term plumbing company to rely on and I believe I just found one!. Jason called ahead, arrived on time. Knowledgeable about all questions and explained repair options. Very conscious about soiling.used booties and tarps for traffic areas. Was away for the week and daughter stopped by on Thursday to take the mail in the house. She opened the house door and heard water running. This was at 10 pm. I instructed her to shut the main water line off. The basement floor was soaked in water. I called Burton's and they called me by 8am. The were booked till Tuesday for regular appointments but I could schedule an after hours emergency appointment.

I did that because I needed water when we got home that evening. They called me back at 1:30pm and had an available tech right then. I used my phone to open my garage door to let him in. He called me within 1/2 hour and said the humidifier line to the furnace ruptured. I had him replace it so l didn't have to mess with it. We had Burton's install a new kitchen faucet. Jason and Jordan did a wonderful job. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. We have used Burton's for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them for any service. If you want a honesty, quality of work, and a reliable company, call Burton's. We won't use anyone else!

This is not the first time we've used Burton's and I'm sure it won't be the last. They do professional work with reasonable rates by experienced and personable workers. We had Justin install a hot water heater and some other plumbing work two years ago. It was Justin again today. Would always highly recommend him. Excellent work. Personable guy. A credit to your company. So if you haven't guessed, yes I'd highly recommend Burton's to you for all your plumbing needs.

These are my go-to guys. Definitely the ATeam with great management and leadership. As a landlord, I need to know my Service Team is reliable and knowledgeable. When my own hot water heater seemed like it was about to explode one evening (after hours), they talked me through shutting it down, assured me it would be ok to leave town for four days ( business trip), and were right there to replace it the day I returned. I am so grateful to have the Burton Boys to help me keep things running smoothly for my renters.and for me!

They were able to come to my house same day and were quick in fixing the issue, after 3 other people told me there was no issue at all! I'm very appreciative!

They do a really good job at a competitive price and they are knowledgeable.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment for a week out, but then they called me couple days later, One of their guys was in the area and finished up early and that he could stop by in 30 min. I was so happy and thankful that the job could get done that day! The man that came by was friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer any question I had.

He also took care the flooring by putting down their blanket before setting tools down. It was awesome to see all around professionalism (almost a lost trait these days). I would highly recommend Burton's.

I have had a few jobs completed by Burton's.there is a reason they are little pricey compared to other places but you truly get what you pay for! No BS with them and the job they do is exceptional! I will only use them for any future plumbing needs!

We rely on Burton Plumbing & Heating for all our plumbing needs. They provide excellent service. Are very reliable. Currently they are helping us keep our plumbing pipe from the house to the street clear of roots from our neighbor's tree. It's a much needed service they provide.

We have had 2 very high water bills. Our water showed no leaks. Burton Plumbing was recommended. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They emailed a picture of Jesse, the assigned plumber.and info on his plumbing expertise. He arrived early and that was great! He assessed quickly that it was our sump pump.he replaced it.neatly and quickly. No messy clean up left for us! Burton's will be our future go to for plumbing needs. Hopefully, we will get Jesse assigned to us.lol!

Fantastic customer service! from the initial phone call I had with their Representative Tina she was very professional. she was helpful and asked all the appropriate questions to gather info on my plumbing issues. She also called to reschedule an earlier appointment because they had a cancelation! The plumber was JAMES he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable informative engaging and very professional.
