Beyond rude and very insulting. Booked estimate 3 weeks out and day before, they rescheduled until the following week. I advised that I have my son's baseball game and asked if they can come an hour early or hour later. Responded "We'll figure it out." During game, he text and said "On my way". So we left the game to meet him, and passed him leaving our house (yes, we were 4 minutes later than we said we would be there).

I called twice and he didn't answer. So my wife called (unknow phone) and asked if he was coming back, he YELLED "I'm not coming back" and hung up. Then we pulled into the driveway to find his empty quote sheet with our address in a crumpled ball saying in our driveway. When asked, he said "I left it somewhere for you to know I was there". He doubled the price that was on the phone quote and continued to demean me about how I wasted his time and other people where waiting on him, but he conveniently forgot that HE RESCHEDULED, I told him I'm not available at this time, I told him we were leaving the game now to meet him, and I was 4 minutes late (per timestamp on Ring camera). And believe it or not, I'm a relatively calm person, so to upset me, it takes a lot. I don't wish this company on anyone. So good luck to you if you do call them.

We are super pleased with the deck we had installed by Killer Decks! From the beginning to end it was a good experience. Designing the deck was fast, they handled getting the permits, and the assembly was done in just a few days. Price was fair and quality is high! During the installation the grass was damaged in a few places and they agreed to lay down some topsoil and grass seed to repair it, which worked nicely. We thoroughly enjoy the deck!

They are great guys to have work for you. They came out and put up a Trex deck. Couldn't be happier with the way it came out. The crew was professional and did amazing work I would highly recommend Killer Decks.

Called to get a estimate for a new deck and got one that following Saturday! I was introduced by the owner himself (Steve) and he gave me a quote. The work crew was pleasant. They did a good job with the deck and railing and always asked our opinion on things. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a deck built or redone.

I got Steve's number from a friend who hired killer decks and came highly recommended. I called Steve and he came out to give us a quote. Steve from killer decks is a straight forward awesome person. He gave us a quote and told us what the deck would look like. Steve knows his stuff. That's exactly what we were looking for in a deck builder. Chuck and Brandon (I'm sorry I'm bad with names) his brother showed up and did the work.

They were ontime, courteous, clean, polite and very meticulous when building the deck. They did a phenomenal job. Better than what we expected ( and I'm a picky person, lol). Completely beyond our expectations. We did have a change of plans during the build in regards to the stairs. Steve accommodated us and rectified the issue. Thank you to chuck and his brother Brandon for the build. And thank you to Steve and killer decks for doing our deck. I would not hesitate to call Steve again for more work.

Killer Decks demo'd our old backyard paver patio, built us a brand-new beautiful deck, and did an amazing job from start to finish! Very reasonable, professional, the crew was on-time every day, and they worked their butts off in the freezing Michigan cold to get it done quickly. Would definitely recommend!

The owner Steve stopped by on a Saturday as scheduled to give us an estimate. He quoted us a very fair price and told us they were three weeks out if we were interested. I ended up stopping by the showroom and Joe was very helpful and informative with our new decks color and features. We decided to go with Killer Decks and are so glad we did. The crew arrived three weeks to the day as stated. 4 days later we have an AMAZING deck/balcony. They did a great job from start to finish. Passed city code with no issues.
