Would not recommend this company. As a general contractor they hired inexperienced sub contractors and would not provide the subs info. Hard to get your money back with shoddy work. Not female friendly. Extremely condescending and took advantage if you're not familiar with the process. Have everything written.no verbal agreements to changes.

I just finished working with Gardner builders. They designed and had a beautiful custom vanity cabinet built for our guest bathroom. The cabinet design, quality and beauty is truly top notch! David Gardner and this organization's level of customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is of the highest caliber. I would recommend Gardner Builders to any one for any project. A truly outstanding experience!

I thought I was a good customer of Gardner Builders. They remodeled my office and did some work at my home. I recommended them to my friends and neighbors. This summer I asked them to look at expanding my office. I paid $2000 for them to come up with some drawings. My plans changed and the work scope was reduced. I called them to see if they could do the work by end of this year.
They did not return my phone calls or my emails. However, I kept trying. Again, they never returned my calls. I finally spoke to his wife, Lori. She told me he did not return my calls because I had changed the scope of the project. I asked if they treated their good customers this way, who do they treat their bad customers. No answer. Here I am trying to give them a job and pay them good money and they don't even have the courtesy to call back. I would highly recommend you look somewhere else before you contact Garnder Builders.
