We contacted Paramount to quote/install a vinyl privacy fence ~250'. For old school people like us the contact and quoting process was a little disconcerting. Everything is done via email. The original quote was processed from google maps and physical contact doesn't occur until you have agreed on the quote and project and are ready to put a deposit.
We generally decide on a company after talking with someone to gauge their knowledge and professionalism, so a little disconcerting. We went on their reputation and reviews. Once we determined the contact person (Nate Tarrow, project manager) all communication went very smoothly. Nate answered all our questions and went the extra mile through the permit approval process. Brendan and Sheldon were our installers.
They were hard working, professional, and very detailed. It was bitter cold, less than 20 degrees (January), all of the 4 days they were installing with a lot of the days in single digits. They worked through it, digging in frozen ground, through tree roots, and snow. They kept us informed, answered all our questions, and cleaned up when they were finished. Brendan is very detailed and made sure the fence line was level and even. They took pride in their work. We would hire Paramount for any future work, very pleased!

I can't say enough great things about Paramount! Nate Tarrow is who you want to contact if you are looking for new fencing. They are in constant contact by email and their app with information as to when and who is coming out, what they are doing, pictures of what they done and when they are done. Friendly, courteous and respectful of my property!

The installation crew was punctual, thorough, and professional throughout the entire installation process. The team left detailed notes on the installation process as well as photos of the progress. No mess left behind. Quick and to the point. They arrived on a Friday and had most of the job done by the end of the day, with a few items completed on the following Monday. I would recommend/use them again for future projects.

Working with Paramount has been an absolute dream (Christine and Nate were awesome!). They were incredibly helpful with a very difficult permitting process, and super supportive along the way. The online system they use is incredibly detailed and made me feel like I was up in the loop about every step of the process. They were positive, friendly, professional, and worked really quickly. The site team (led by Joe) was so awesome and really kept a clean site. If I ever need fence work in the future - I'll be reaching out!
