We can work off of floorplans and/or visit the site to offer our "Go to Sold Home Strategy Assessment!" During this visit, you will receive recommendations for how to prioritize your efforts to position your property to lease or sell quickly. We bring our sixty-plus years in the real estate, staging, and interior design industry, to help you.
We will visit your home and provide recommendations for how to create the home your lifestyle desires. We will tour your home and property and listen to your concerns. We may help establish a budget and timeline, making suggestions, which if necessary will bridge the gap, of the "Venus and Mars" syndrome.

If you are hoping to get your house sold quickly Lisa and Helpful Home Staging are invaluable. I was so impressed with her efficiency and eye for detail. Hi, Lisa! Fabulous opening of your expanded space and services.so nice to network with the local Mayors and surrounding business entrepreneurs at your function this morning. I was amazed at the amount of furnishings and decorator items you have on stock to provide your Home Staging services and advice! The breakfast treats and coffee hit the spot! Lisa is very honest and straightforward. She is very trustworthy. I don't want my house to sit on the market. I have done allot of research into who the other homestager's look up too- Time and again they say Lisa Basham is the Pioneer of Homestager's in Cleveland. She has stuck with it - while they were switching jobs or doing other things. My house is too valuable to trust to a rookie. I need it to be staged for a quick sale. I plan on moving to Arizona. I know Lisa will not let me down.

Lisa helped to transform our home prior to sell and we were able to sell extremely quickly at full price. Her suggestions were absolutely innovative and interesting, hit the target for drama and elegance, and really did sell the home, in my opinion. She also helped me with expediting carpet and other remodeling services that I was having trouble getting done quickly and reliably on my own and coordinated affordable professional photography for my listing.
I wish I knew her sooner, as her partnership was priceless and I could really have used her help on other projects. I actually wish I had talked to her when I first moved in. I am moving out of a perfect home now!
