He scheduled a visit and I waited two weeks, then he did not even call to cancel and when I finally talked to him he said maybe he could come out in a few days. This was after I had to listen to him for a half hour on the phone tell me how much better than other contractors he was. When I told him we had an appointment he did not even care

It has been almost 2 years since Peter remodeled our daughters bedroom. I wanted to wait before I gave a review. It looks as great as the day he finished. Peter's work ethic and attention to detail far surpasses any other contractor we have ever used. He suggests options but doesn't push and he gives alternatives when ideas don't always work out. We would definitely use him again.

With COVID-19 hitting, working from home soon became the new normal. I needed to convert a wine cellar in the basement to an office but lacked the time necessary to do it quickly. I took to google and picked the first five start company I found with more than 10 reviews. Peter's price was reasonable, which is what secured him the job but his quality and meticulous nature is what will ensure he is my first call anytime I need work done. Peter and his crew were extremely polite, trustworthy and non intrusive to my day to day that was still happening during the work. Very happy with my new office and would highly recommend.

My siding fell off, I was concerned with the weather change, storms, And it would cause major damage, rot, would cost much more. So I posted it on Next door site, within 15 mins Peter Ponti answered and stated he was on his way to his big project in Perry, however he can come bye and look at it and if possible put it back. In 10 mins he was at my driveway and was able to put it back up, and charged me a very reasonable amount.

And with the storm last night it stayed up! Thank you so much, my new handiman. Im alone and been looking for someone to do major and minor work on my house. FANTASTIC JOB, totally takes pride in his work. No doubt I will be calling very soon!

We just had Peter install an exterior door. It was not as easy as expected but Peter's expertise' made it possible. He kept his word and didn't ask for anything additional for all of the extra time. Additionally Peter pointed out issues around our house to keep an eye on, he was not angling for any more work just being helpful. He has extensive knowledge of all areas of construction. Peter did three bathrooms in our home including helping me with finishing a portion of a walk out basement that had to be done before my daughter's wedding at our home. Peter is an outstanding, honest and absolute perfectionist when it comes to doing remodeling work. He isn't satisfied until everything is done to perfection. Beautiful and detailed work at reasonable rates.

This was a friend of my boyfriends who promised great work. They showed up the Monday before Thanksgiving and only came over Monday and Tuesday. They never finished the job and my home was left a disaster! They left copious amounts of beer bottles throughout my yard, "some" I must say actually made it in the garbage can. I wish they came back to finish up.

We paid them and never heard from them again until I wrote a terrible review - was promised they'd come back before Christmas - It's now almost February with no word from them.

They went above and beyond with their work and professional services. My kitchen looks beautiful now thanks to Nest Homes! They even fixed things that were not part of the contract. Highly recommended! Do it right the first time and call Nest Homes. Pat W

I have only been in my new home for less than a month and have had plenty of contractors in and out doing various jobs, so I've had plenty of companies/contractors to compare Nest Homes to. Even though the job I needed to have done was relatively simple, Nest Homes was friendly, professional and finished in less time than estimated. They even went a step further and did extra work (not originally contracted for, and at no charge) so that everything I had done was consistent.

They noticed an issue and fixed it, right then and there. Not many companies go out of their way, or take that extra step, to make sure the "whole" job is done; many companies only do what you specifically ask for, even if they know something more needs to be done. Nest Homes was fantastic, their work above and beyond beautiful, and I would not hesitate to contact them for my next project.
