Contract to demolish old deck and install new larger deck was signed in Feb but by April it was apparent that our materials would not be available. New materials were selected in May and work started mid-June and was completed within 1 week. Mike F and crew were very professional, skilled and friendly. They were open to suggestions and were very diligent to get the job done. Cleanup was very good with all demo and extra materials removed. Deck looks great and should last a very long time.

Replacement WINDOWS: I called (8) NE OH companies for quotes to replace (13) windows at my in-laws house in Euclid. including Smart Choice, Integrity Window, Supreme Window & Glass, All-State Remodeling, Ohio Window Ltd. (OWL - uggh), Northcoast Energy Masters. Smart Choice was competent & professional, but Mike's Home Impr. was THE BEST - lowest price for very high quality windows, and excellent responsiveness.

Mark W. (sales) was very professional, courteous, responsible. Window lead time was exactly as described, job took 3 days and my in-laws are delighted. At one point there was a question about power lines - Mike Bando (owner) came out and resolved things the next day (it was a minor issue and he worked it out :). Service, attitude and professionalism like these guys provide are not common today - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! btw OH Window Ltd. is a shady operator - beware that guy/company.

I asked someone to give me an estimate on a deck. After waiting several weeks to even get someone out here- the guy never emailed me an estimate. He came out on a Tuesday- and by Friday I thought it was odd I still had yet to get my estimate. I called and the lady said he should be getting it to me within the next day. Here we are over a week later- and still no email or call. I think it's very unprofessional and will definitely take my business somewhere else.

Ask for waterproof roof over pergalo. after installation first light rain it leaked. Saw there was NO sealant applied. They came back and sealed one seam. Next heavier rain all the long seams that weren't sealed are leaking. Another contractor said it needs replaced. Only two weeks later.
