2019. Got my life back. Caring staff. Follow all directions you are given. It's not easy, but worth it. I always had weak teeth and spent many miserable hrs in a dentist chair. It's true what they say about implants holding up structure of bone etc.; My face has a youthful look. Totally worth the health I have now.

I am grateful to have teeth again after four days without: mishaps always happen on the weekend! The website says you open at 7. The phone message says 7:30. I had to listen to the message 3 times to get the number to call for a dental emergency. First I did not have a pencil handy and then the recording was so fast that the number did not register in my mind.
If someone has an emergency, the number should be given slowly. Today, I was told the wait time for my tooth repair would be an hour: it turned out to be +/- 4 hours. A compassionate patient care would have updated me along the way as I squirmed in the chair in the waiting area for 4 hrs.

From the surgeon to the receptionist, this organization functions as a fine tuned machine. Each staff member I encountered seemed confident, competent and empowered. They were focused on creating an outstanding experience for the customer. Never did I feel judged or looked down upon for the state of my teeth or like I was a mere number. I have already recommended the Clear Choice experience to several and will continue to do so.

I had a friend who went to one of the location in Atlanta, GA. She did not receive the titanium teeth because they were not affordable. She only received upper implants for the same reason although she needs a full set of teeth. She did receive a partial denture on the bottom for the time being. All of her upper teeth were pulled and she received the porcelain implants with the 2-year warranty.
She received her implant on the 23rd of November 2021. It is now January 24, 2022, and her upper implant is already broken. She was told by the people at Clear Choice that if the food is something that cannot be cut with a fork, you should not eat it. She was eating a bagel when her implant cracked. My friend also told me she had heard while in their office that another patient of theirs upper implant also had cracked just by eating lettuce. Therefore, the claim made by the website that there are no problems eating is not true.
My friend paid $15,000 just for the upper implants. The quality of the implants and the work performed by the clinic is questionable to me. It makes an outsider such as myself feel that the lesser quality, although not cheap, teeth is their way of finagling the patient into buying the more expensive teeth when the porcelain teeth break off or the arch breaks into two (or more) pieces. ClearChoice has a phenomenal concept but I am extremely skeptical about their product's quality.

I got my first lower implants about 2 years ago at Clear Choice. It was expensive but the outcome was excellent and worth every penny. I'm now getting the upper done and is still very pleased. Clear Choice is very detailed and they want their patients to be satisfied. I recognize quality dental work because I was a dental assistant years ago. My smile is a life investment and Clear Choice was where I put my trust.

I love everyone at Clear Choice Atlanta. They are all so wonderful, so kind, so courteous, so caring, so efficient, and so helpful. Dr. Lillian is just marvelous and does everything possible to make sure I am happy and satisfied.and I am. Her assistants, Nena and Tiffany, have just been terrific. So caring and encouraging. Jules is such a breath of fresh air as she helped me through the decision-making and financial arranging to get done what I needed.
