Just had my septic done today. I had no idea how to go about this. The receptionist was very patient and good with me explained everything. The young man that came out first sent a photo of himself and gave an estimate time when he would be here. He was right on time. Very polite, got the job done quickly, and cleaned everything up. I could not have asked for anyone better. I recommend this company 100%

AAA City plumbing has always been there for our family. On 2 occasions we had to shut the water off, leaving us with no water. AAA fit us in for an early morning call that was music to our ears. Had great service from AAA city plumbing today, spoke to Cindy who made appointment, she called to give me updates on when tech would be on his way great customer service. Technician Mike was on point fixing drain, he was informative on what he was doing, he made sure everything was working before he left, really nice guy. I Will be using AAA from now.

I found AAA through the BBB website. We had an emergency with our septic backing up into the house after an especially heavy rain; AAA City Plumbing sent Ian out the same day to pump our septic tank. He was knowledgeable, patient in explaining the system with how to maintain and avoid further issues, and the problem was quickly and cleanly handled. I so appreciate their services and will be recommending to all my neighbors.
