Franklin and Shane did a great job and cost MUCH LESS than one of their competitors, whom tried to sell me on a $7k job. AAA fixed the problem for under $600.

I had an issue with my septic pump and couldn't use my water and was honestly freaking out, within hours AAA city plumbing was able to send out Shane, Parker and Jesse on a Friday, late in the day, on a holiday weekend! They fixed the issue without a problem and at super reasonable price. I can't say enough good things. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and I will be recommending AAA to anyone I know needing a plumbing company.

Ms Parrish in the office was friendly and helpful when answering the phone. She set up my payment plan and made everything so easy for me. Franklin, my service tech, was so knowledgeable about all areas of plumbing. He put me at ease as he explained my plumbing issue and the repair. He was courteous and kind. He treated me with the utmost respect. This makes all the difference when choosing a company to work with. My service call was handled promptly and efficiently.

I had a filtration system installed. The employees started work immediately and worked until they finished. I would recommend them highly. I would also like to praise Parrish Bogue for continuing help in setting up my appointments.

I've now seen Jesse twice and what a great experience! He is patient, kind and a real professional. Jesse was here for me both times I called. Both times He showed up exactly when promised - both times the same day with in 30 minutes. He took care of the problem and explained what he was doing. AAA came out on a Sat evening only a few hours after I called. Jesse came and was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and fast. He explained things and took the time to talk through the issue and respected the fact that we preferred not to cut into the Sheetrock. Fast, friendly customer service from both the office team and the on-site technicians. They came out the same day and did a through inspection of my plumbing concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. The technical Tyler C. was awesome and worked overtime to complete the job the same day. This is the second time I have used AAA City Plumbing and I highly recommend them. These guys are great, scheduled a septic problem, and they came out and FIXED the issue and performed so professionally that I felt like I had to do a review. Service call Performance and an all-around team effort made this the best service I've probably ever had. Sometimes it's hit or miss, but man, they really know there stuff. Most contract work would have done one and had to come out a few months later and done the other, but your team performed honestly and treated me and my property with respect, so thank you for that and now a days hard honest hard working people are hard to find but I will back this company 100% for everything they did as a team really great job and definitely a future customer for all my plumbing needs.

This has been an outstanding experience! Chris and Joe did a great job of diagnosing the source of our problem and they took care of it. They arrived on time and worked throughout the day, which was no easy feat since it was quite cold and very windy outside. We can't say enough about their professionalism and work ethic.
