Our entire experience with Jay and Putman plumbing was positive. They responded quickly to the message we left, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, we didn't have to wait forever for an available time slot, we got a reminder text the day before, and then on the day of they texted us with a photo of the plumber so we'd know who the guy standing on our porch was.

Their price was fair, they identified the problem quickly, solved it quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind when they were done. We put our toddler down for his nap in the room that shares a wall with the bathroom they were working in, and they were respectful of that and kept the noise to a minimum without us even asking them to do so. We will absolutely use Putman again when we next need a plumber, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs one now.

Putnam plumbing has been our go to for years. We had a major problem with our kitchen drain causing our kitchen to be unusable. Even though the diagnosis on their visit was not one we wanted to hear, we were confident in the diagnosis and plan. Scott was wonderful at explaining the problem and showing how they came to their conclusion. They were incredibly understanding and fit in our work on short notice despite them being short workers due to Covid since our kitchen sink and dishwasher were both unusable.

They were professional and friendly during all transactions and their prices were completely fair. We will definitely continue to go back to Putnam for any issues in the future. Highly recommend!

So for Jay's and Evan's second visit in a couple weeks my shutoff valve for washer started leaking on Tuesday, came out Wednesday, fixed in a few minutes. Efficient, quick, professional, excellent job. Emily in their office is just so sweet and is most helpful. She gives me a reason to smile! Jay did an awesome job and his helper Evan was just as great. Scheduled for Tuesday but had some time so fit me in today, Friday. Emily in the office is so kind and professional.

They fixed my kitchen drain, during five point inspection found two problems. They replaced the water heater expansion tank, leaky faucet. well getting new vanities with faucets soon. Putman Plumbing has always done a excellent job, while respecting my home. I have been a customer of over 30 years, I will continue to be their customer. They have always been there for me!

Putman Plumbing provided great service from the start. We discovered a leak from our 19 year old water heater in the middle of the night. The answering service relayed our info to the overnight tech, who called us back right away. The leak was from the top. He told us how to stop the immediate problem. So instead of him coming out at 2am, we were able to hold off until the office opened. saving me $150.

I got a call first thing in the morning to schedule. Scott is AWESOME! He showed up in less than an hour, all neat and clean, wearing a set of those disposable foot covers. Within a couple hours, he swapped that thing out with a beautiful new unit and answered all my questions (including some about a sticking toilet handle). Scott is a really nice guy. Plus, my boys say the water in their shower is so much better. I definitely recommend Putman Plumbing.

We just moved into the area and our realtor recommended Putnam Plumbing. We are thrilled to find a really professional plumbing company and to have found Charlie Coy. We needed a new outside hose faucet and Charlie and his helper got the job done in an hour and gave us just what we wanted. I also love it when the plumber leaves the place clean after their work.

No worries on that part at all. Charlie even helped answer some questions we had about our pump system and was very professional. I strongly recommend Putnam and Charlie and they will have all my future business. GREAT JOB!

Scheduling the work with Emily from Putman was a joy. She was so kind, courteous, and professional. Emily told me who would be performing the work and called the night before to make certain the appointment was still at a good time. Kaleb, the technician, was there at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and detailed as he explained the cost of the work I requested and warranties on parts and labor.

I feel the charges for this work were reasonable and competitive. Kaleb was very careful to wear shoe protection on my floors and cleaned up each of the 5 work areas when he was finished the installations/repairs. Putman Plumbing is highly recommended.

We found a bad leak on Christmas in our dining room coming from a second story bathroom! We called for emergency service to find and repair the pipes. They were prompt, professional, and trustworthy! Even one star is one two many. Called for after hours service and was advised that all of their on call people were busy. One was at a wedding rehearsal dinner one was out to a anniversary dinner and one was with their parent. So I guess they really were not on call Then they called and said you know this will cost you 200.00 for us to do this call that we really can't do. Very poor way to run a business. They should not tell a customer what their on call people are doing.

Charlie is very professional, great personality and very thorough. Putman is happy to have him.

Have always used Putman Plumbing for the past 20 years. All their employees I find to be excellent workers. All have different personalities. Just had a upstairs toilet replaced and upon arriving discovered I asked for the wrong color. Scott said no problem, luckily the color I needed was in stock at the warehouse and he left to retrieve. Excellent work from replacing the toilet and replacing the water valve. Thanks for a good job Scott!

Putman Plumbing is GREAT. They've always provided really good service, but today we had an emergency (friends flying in, no water) and, in spite of an already-full schedule, they installed a new well pump and made some other repairs.

It's gonna sound crazy, but we ENJOYED our visit from Scott today! Go figure, would look forward to seeing anyone from this company if he is an example. From the phone call at almost noon to them being on time, clean, polite, and professional less than three hours later. He cleared a drain we had been trying to snake for days. I have used Putnam for at least three years. When I needed my ice maker hooked up after my new refrigerator was delivered they came out the same day and charged me under $100. I have a service contract with them, they come out twice a year to check my plumbing and give me a breakdown of what needs to be repaired or replaced. I like that they only use Master Plumbers and background check their employees. One of my favorite things about Putnam is that they answer the phone saying "How can we make you smile today". The other are coupons they send out good for their services.

We called Putman in dire straights and they were able to come out in the middle of the night to help us. Scott was friendly, understanding and extremely patient with us, as we had a ton of questions. I highly recommend Putman Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, skilled and friendly service. Cannot say enough good things!
