Tristin Harding sold me a wooden fence that I needed to keep my dog in. He even added his own custom touch to my rounded top gates. Tristin was always punctual and an extremely fast and diligent worker. I could not be any more pleased with his skilled work. Pricing is very reasonable and very worth the product you end up with. Chris and NOVA Fence provided the exact solution that I was looking for. They kept me up to date as to when the materials would arrive, and when they did they scheduled me immediately to have the fence installed in less than one day. The crew was awesome, the install was flawless, and the work site was cleaned up as I would have expected it to be when all was completed. We are extremely happy that we went with NOVA Fence and the results are fantastic and completes are backyard renovation perfectly. Thank you Chris and NOVA Fence!

I had an estimate scheduled with Northern Virginia Fence today 8/13/2020. I took the morning off of work which is not easy for me to do and waited around until about an hour and a half before the estimate when I received a call canceling the estimate due to the weather. It was drizzling at best. The representative was not at all apologetic and didn't seem to care when I explained how difficult it was for me to make time for these types of thing. Thankfully I was able to keep my appointment with another fence company who had no issues putting on a rain jacket for the 5 minutes it took them to take the measurements. *In response to the companies response below.
I was NEVER told that there was an emergency situation in your office. That is a flat out lie. I was told that the appointment was to be canceled due to the rain. Had I been told that your office was flooded I would have totally and completely understood the reason for canceling the appointment.

From estimate through to installation the staff were professional and did an outstanding job. Tristin and Aaron at NOVA Build Pros were excellent to work with! They were very responsive and flexible. The weather was uncooperative but Tristin stayed in contact with me throughout to let me know when they would try to start the work. They actually were able to get it done a day early when the weather held off. The fence looks wonderful and is exactly what we wanted. I will certainly use NOVA Build Pros again for other projects!

Fence install was completed last weekend. Overall, looks good. Hopefully the cement has hardened and we can use the gates regularly. Nelson (guy in charge of the crew) was very nice and answered all of my questions during the install. Tristan responded to my texts/calls during project and followed up after the crew left today 8/18/19. They did a good job on the cleanup and made minor repairs per our request.
I'm a little disappointed with the huge gap under my rear gate and that it is not lined up evenly. To be fair, my backyard is on a bit of a slope and they did the best they could to make sure the gate would open/close/lock properly. Im hoping they can attempt to readjust in a few weeks. There are a few areas that have scuff marks that I guess I'm gonna have to live with.
Still a little sticker shock, but NOVA has a good warranty and the entire team made an effort to ensure that we were happy. Good job NOVA! Thanks again. Not sure how, but some of my same pic's posted more than once. Can't delete the duplicates.

NOVA Build Pros and Northern VA Fence have done several jobs for us over the years, including a full kitchen remodel and basement renovation. They have also worked on many commercial and residential build outs. They are knowledgeable and are always available to speak to you over anything associated with the jobs. I highly recommend them.

Called NOVA Fence to get an estimate for a new fence for our backyard. I scheduled an estimate on my day off which was April 15, 2020. On the day of the estimate I get a phone call saying my estimate guy Tristan had a flat tire and couldn't make the appointment. I said ok if we decide to reschedule we will call you back. I called NOVA back on April 18 and spoke to a representative who then re scheduled the estimate for the following Saturday April 25, 2020.
The Saturday came and went and nobody called or showed up for our estimate. These people are horrible at keeping appointments and obviously don't care for our business. We went with a different fence company who were far more responsible and helpful in installing our fence. I do not recommend this company.
