Good morning sir or ma'am, I would like to report an extremely dangerous driver from your company. He or she ran me off the road on 29 this morning. Luckily it was a flat ditch. The weather was horrible with. rain and sleet. As I headed to my first turn around to Wawa gas station, who did I see. Unfortunately they were already backing out. I hope I was not so cautious On the road that I held them up from getting their coffee that I needed to wind up in a ditch. This is not THEIR road, it is a public road. They are going to kill someone one day! Please train your drivers better!

Gene delivered outstanding customer service! He was both professional and courteous in responding to our service requests place on a Sunday, just hours before the snowstorm arrived. Ultimately our pipe issue resolved itself, largely in part due to the time and efforts made by Gene. He also gave us several good suggestions for correcting the construction issue which contributed to our service need. Why builders install pipes on exterior walls and without proper installation will always be a mystery to me?!?!

Our water heater stopped working. I called around 1pm and there was someone at my house before 4 ON A SUNDAY! The tech was so nice, so polite and so helpful. He went over all options and fixed the water heater instead of replacing it for now. Very grateful for his quick response and effective handling of our problem! Service: Boiler repair

Jason was really personable. He talked me through how the system works and made recommendations. His customer service and knowledge were exceptional! The company never pushes anything on you too hard, which makes me want to keep using them. Service: HVAC maintenance

They were able to schedule me very quickly. They text to show you who's coming and that person arrives and takes safety precautions. They also wear booties! Henry was the tech who came out to look at the system. He informed me what was going on and gave me a lot information so I could feel comfortable I was making a good choice. 100% would call them for all my hvac needs. I also felt that the service fee was reasonable.

I have used AllTech Services for plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied. The scheduler did a great job this time to fit my plumbing repair in quickly and had excellent customer service. The tech who came out today was Gene and he did an excellent job to troubleshoot and find the source of a leak I had in the kitchen and was very thorough in explaining the issue and performing the necessary repairs. Highly recommend!

Installed a new Trane heat pump and air handler, arrived when promised, very neat, protected floors and walls, completed job timely, explained the system/new thermostat. Very pleased with the group doing the job. 5 stars.

I met with Jack for an initial consultation about geothermal energy. He was very honest about the process including the cost of conversion from natural gas. He did not try to push me into a decision, but rather gave me the information I need to make my own. He is preparing a few quotes with options. Because I have not decided what I want to do, I have not yet committed to AllTech for the work. L I spoke on the phone with Cindy before the appointment. She was also professional and respectful. If Jack and Cindy are examples of the team at AllTech, they are a company worthy of engaging their services.

Pleasure doing business with this company and the owner. Absolute positive experience! Fair, reliable and reasonable. The owner even came back himself after hours when we were Still having an issue. Very family friendly felt like I was speaking with and dealing with an old friend. Thank you For your wonderful honest, and fair service! Hope to not have any issues anytime soon but we will not use anyone else but Alltech for future repairs and service.

Overall fantastic experience with AllTech Services. I called early Monday morning and the customer service representative was very helpful in finding someone who could come to my home as soon as possible. She had a great personality too for 7 a.m. My technician, Miguel Martinez, was efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew exactly what to do to fix my main shut off valve issue and explained the process in terms a first time homeowner like myself could understand. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of cost wise either. Great service. Will definitely use again.

I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from AllTech! Alyssa was friendly and very helpful. She was able to get me appointment for the same day; which meant a lot to me since the toilet I needed repaired was the only one in the house. I was given a time window between 3 and 6. Robert arrived promptly at 3. He was friendly and professional even brought me a "goody bag" with a plunger, chip clip and pens. Would definitely recommend.

Their professionalism and quality customer service is stellar. Brandon McKillop came today for our plumbing check and Eddie Hernandez came for our HVAC service check. As always, a great experience.

Jason has come to our home before. He even remembered our 2 kids! There was an issue with the heating system not engaging right away after it was turned on. After doing an inspection of the unit he removed the thermostat from the wall and readjusted some wires which seemed to do the trick. I appreciated his thoroughness and his deep explanation of how the system works.

His knowledge is top-notch just like all service agents from AllTech that have visited our home. There was a nominal fee for the call that we were happy to pay. I would highly recommend AllTech for your home needs!

Joe is a very personable technician, was comprehensive in his explanation about the HVAC system, and attended to all my questions. His visit was devoid of the normal aggressive sales approach and afforded us the time to build a fruitful rapport before running to acquire measurements and furnish a hasty quotation. He properly educated me on the. attributes of a quality HVAC system and the options to enhance unit's performance.

He also justified his measurements and any needs for modification. He identified a spatial deficit that not only challenged the installation of the heat pump, but violated the spatial mandates between a heat pump and gas meter. But he quickly found a solution to mitigate the problem. At the conclusion, he provided the best needs quotation that was fair and cost effective. Thank you Joe for your absolute professionalism!

We had Craig from all Tech come this morning. Great experience explained what he was doing when I asked him, in detail so I could understand. Patient and knowledgeable. He recommended a few devices to add to our system I have spoken to my husband and we will be adding two devices shortly due to Craigs suggestions. One is an air purifier and a humidifier. I hope that when we do the installation we can request Craig again.
