Repairman was on time and called me 20 before arrival. He wore a mask and booties which is so respectful. He worked quietly and efficiently and answered all my questions about humidifiers. I'm 74 and have been housebound for 16 days and unable to get out of my driveway because of snow. He quickly shoveled a path for my car. It was such a kind thing to do. Just 5 minutes but it meant everything. I have been with Vailes for over 15 years and their service has always been wonderful.

The furnace needed to be replaced and they moved around their schedules to get our furnace replaced as soon as it arrived.
