K&B Home Solutions was hire to do renovation of my kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. I'm very happy with the results. Throughout the renovation process I was getting weekly updates regarding the work being done in my house. Communication process with Bill and Carmela was prompt. They are professional and their work is neat and of quality. I would recommend them to my friends.

K&Home Solutions put an addition on my home and expanded our bedroom with an added master bath. The entire team worked hard and professional at all times. We were so very happy with the work and would recommend this company to everyone. They completed the project with no hiccups and in a timely fashion. They were genuine and truly listened to you as a customer. They worked with you. I miss them being in my house each day!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Bill and Carmela's team. Delays and going over budget are normal is home renovations but they abused this factors because of my easy going demeanor. My kitchen remodel was scheduled to be a most a 3 month project. 8 months later, after paying K&B in full, we had to let them go. My husband and I hired another contractor to finish our job per the contract and to make matters worse, the new contractor needed to repair work that was done improperly by K&B.
Bill and Carmela a very nice people, but the only thing they ever did on time was send us invoices. They're "design team" is non-existent which was one of their selling factors to win our remodel contract. My husband and I had to design all aspects of our remodel.

Came to look at job and give quote. Never heard back. Called and never heard back, the same thing 4 times. Then got a hold of Michael, and he said will get back by Saturday (this was Wednesday) waited but again no response. Called on that monday, spoke with female whom told me Horatio would get back too me. Needless to say nothing was done about the situation.
They could have just called and said, they didn't want the job, or too small of a job. But nothing. Do not recommend them at all. Very unprofessional. Lack of ability, and respect for client.

RUN! FRAUD! Worst decision I have made in my life was to hire these guys; roofing, siding and trim work. 11 months later they took 5/6th of my money and walked off the job with the house in complete disrepair. they even refused to pay for the container they left in my yard! Do not make the same mistake I did. these guys are quick to take your money and then you need to beg them to do the work. push too hard and they simply walk off the job. They have no idea what they are doing.

K&B (Bill) built our new home and it was done with quality construction and care. While there were bumps along the road, Bill made sure things got resolved and came back to address any issues. Even after the home was finished, Bill and his crew came back and took care of things that needed to be addressed. This is an important aspect to a "Good builder" who stands behind their product.
To come back and honor the warranty issues and make sure things are taken care of. Our home was just finished August of 2016 and it was a brand new construction from ground up. This was also my first "new construction" so I was a bit nervous and it was a lot to deal with for me and my wife. But Bill was good to work with and was able to make sure things kept moving.
Now we are going to be working with Bill to finish our basement and I can't wait to see how that turns out. I would recommend K&B to others who is in search of a good builder who knows how to build homes.

We used K&B for a reconstruction of our home - they demolished our 2nd floor and created a whole new 2nd level with 3 bedrooms, a bath and a master suite. They demolished the back end of our 1st floor and made an open plan kitchen/family room. It is unbelievable what a difference they made. They did a great job, they were friendly and always responsive to our questions or concerns and they were very helpful with our choices of tile, siding, roofing, etc. I would recommend them very highly.
