Progressive Lighting

The lighting selection is oka, but very limited and expensive to be so bland with very few options! Either way, this place is a nightmare! We've been waiting for almost 4 weeks for a fan to be picked up out of our floor that was uninstalled waiting for warranty/service to make good on a brand new ceiling fan! Why in the world would anyone have to wait on warranty/service when we purchased a brand new fan that hasn't worked correctly since day one?

The showroom is GORGEOUS and the customer service is wonderful! Couldn't be happier with my experience and look forward with working with them in the future!

We are building a home and we have visited Progressive in Kennesaw several times to browse and then to make our final decisions. The Store is well stocked with many wonderful fixtures to choose from, and an outlet center with a very helpful crew. However, when we worked with Maria we were delighted as she was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuine in her approach to customer service.

I strongly recommend visiting with Maria at Progressive Lighting. There are many lighting stores including the big box stores, however getting access to the Expertise Quotient of having someone you can trust to help you through the buying journey is a game changer.

Enjoyed the time spent in the showroon. Lots of selections which can be overwhelming, but Kim really understood my vibe & style which made it easier. They have options for all budgets & styles!

I just had an amazing experience at the progressive lighting outlet center. Joe the manager went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in the store today. The customer service was exceptional! I will certainly be recommending the store to all of my friends.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Communication with these guys is so bad. I am guessing that they don't have enough folks working to cover the business. I understand that there can be inventory issues with items but to wait over 2 weeks then take 5-10 mins on a computer to tell me they oversold the item and won't be able to deliver is really mind boggling.

And because I am buying a lower priced fixture they are like well whatever. If they had said hey this is messed up but we have some other fixtures here that might fit the bill, I might have said ok let's look. They must be so flush with it that they don't need us so ok I'll go somewhere else and probably spend more than I did there. Really terrible experience.

The Kennesaw store is impressive, with lots of choices. We worked with Progressive on our new house build and came away confused with some of their policy decisions, like refusing to install discounted fixtures. But, if I could, I would give their associate, Mark, 5 stars for being so helpful throughout the process.
