Critical: Responsiveness Scheduled an inspection with Garner and was given a typical 3 hour window, 8-11am. Took the time off to wait for plumber only to have time come and go with no call, no show. Contacted Garner and was given a "gee, we're not sure what happened, but we can get it rescheduled right away". No thanks.

Had Gartner do some work to replace a pipe in my yard that didn't need replacing. When they were done they tore up my yard and then told me that I had to get a land scape to fix it. I had to tell the tech to fix the work that he did in my basement. it looked very amateurish. I will never use them again. And will be sure to tell at least 10 neighbors to not use them and place this on Next door and my home owners website and list of bad contractors.

I tried multiple times to contact someone 3/13 about a Manager about the conduct of one of their drivers on 985 near Buford driving more than 15 mph over the posted limit in the fast lane while on his cell phone which is illegal by the way no one felt the need to return my calls and repeated efforts to warn them of this irresponsible employee with their company name and phone number plastered all over the huge Ford box Van he was driving. DO NOT support a business who allows employees to act in a wreck less manner like this on our local roads!,!

Our water heater was leaking and Garner Plumbing Services was able to come out the same day and install a new water heater! Pedro arrived as promised, assessed the situation and professionally installed a brand new water heater in record time! He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend Garner Plumbing and will keep their number for future plumbing needs!

Another BF Plumbing service call with excellent results! Low water pressure complaint meant I needed a new Pressure Control Valve (after 14 years with the original). Technician surveyed the property to verify no other issues. Diagnosed problem and repaired quickly. Cleaned up, communicated what was done, gave other advice and made a great impression. I am a repeat customer and love the professionalism of BFP.

Pedro Osorio and David Soto came out to install a new 50 Gal. Electric water heater. Install was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the issue with a delivery charge since they had to pick up the water heater from another location. $150 charge was never mentioned by the office and Pedro did not mention the amount until the day of pick up. However, was able to neg. that charge down to $75. I still recommend them and will use them in the future.

I needed a handyman to install a kitchen faucet. The price to install was extremely high $275.00 for a simple job. There was no plumbing involved. The only positive comment I have is the technician was very cordial and polite. I cancelled the service and was still charged a $55.00 fee. This company should have given me an estimate of the cost over the phone like the company I did hire to do the job.
