These guys do not care about you or your home. My insurance used them to fix a water heater/mold issue in my home, and it took around four months. They left my old water heater in my back yard and didn't even properly hook up the new one! After my realtor called TWICE to get them to come out and fix it, she had to get a handyman to do it because nobody would bother to fix their mistake! Just a tip- if your insurance company sends you to these guys, beg for someone else.

Very professional, I had bathroom water damage that leaked to roof of the living room and the amount of care and precision was Welcomed! At first they did a good job, but it wasn't perfect to the previous 80s styling so they created a brush to do so. No complaints at all! Services: Paint indoors, Drywall repair

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional. At the beginning they make you believe they know what they are doing and seem very motivated to get the job done. Than they tare everything down and try to get paid before the work is done. Several times they had to redo their work (pull off brand new tiles, drywall, electric). Once they receive the majority of payment, they barely show up and are hard to reach.
And if they do, they send teenagers that they hired. A 1 month job took 5 months. Almost a half a year construction in your own home. Manuel Melendez hired a unlicensed electrician to do our electricity. Therefor my pregnant wife and I got electrocuted several times. And many outlets aren't even working. Also water outlet for refrigerator was leaking (waterdamage at new kitchen cabinets). Do yourself a favor and avoid this "company".

I would not refer this company to anyone. I was completely deceived. I believed the owner to be an upright, honest truly honest Christian man. I trusted him with repairs from an incident with water damage to my kitchen. The damage wasn't massive, only requiring minimal water mitigation and flooring replacement with linoleum. I trusted this guy. He charged in the interim $10,000+ took me to court for an additional $1500,n ot to mention this process took about 6 months to actually complete. total rip off. It's so easy for some to be blatantly unjust. But the word of God is true! What you sow you will also reap. I praise God for having the final word.

MRC Construction is the worst when it comes to customer service and communication. In the 2+ months that I have had to deal with them, they have not bothered to keep me up to date on the progress (or lack of) on my kitchen. The office has contacted me once to collect a deductible that was not even owed to them.

This company was chosen by my insurance company because my master bathroom had flooded and I needed new drywall, new carpet and flooring. If I had chosen a company it most definitely wouldn't have been this one. First they send me to a flooring company to pick out new floors and about a day or so after I picked my flooring out I get a call telling me that the flooring that I picked out was more then the insurance company allowed so I'd have to cover the cost, even though I was told from the flooring company that they sent me to that the flooring I was choosing from was within my budget.
I ended up paying the extra money because it was easier for me. Second this company has zero respect for your property, they used my ladder for putting up drywall putty without asking and I would have let them use it if they'd asked but they didn't and now it is covered with drywall putty. I also have paint on my jigsaw that was hanging on my pegboard in my garage, instead of removing it or covering it they just decided to drop paint on it. Thirdly like any construction job it going to get messy and I understood that but they left my bathroom disgusting.
I had drywall flakes all over my shower and in my tub, then I had paint splatter all over my tub, toilet, shower, closet door, and bedroom door I tried to clean as much as I could but after about 30 minutes of scrubbing I gave up. There was what I think is dirty hand prints on my new bathroom door. I didn't think anything of it because construction is messy and a decent construction company would clean up after themselves but when I signed the paper saying the repairs were made I thought that maybe they'd come back to clean up but instead the owner after looking at the mess in the bathroom asked me for even more money because his workers did extra work that wasn't going to be paid for by the insurance company.
I was never told until after the job was complete that it costed them extra money. He even tried to guilt me into paying him by saying "well if your okay with me eating $140." I couldn't believe that a business owner would do something like that, it wasn't my fault that his workers did something they shouldn't and he tried to get me to pay for their mistake. Best advice avoid this company.

Called for an estimate and got a quick response. A gentleman came out looked at the work told me he would be in touch, that was 5 months ago, I have not heard a word. In fact I called 3 months ago and was treated like it was my fault that I had not received a response. Lady told me I would receive a call. Still waiting.

They built my first home and I wish I'd never left it! Best quality construction and willingness to please its customer! I came back to them for water repairs and maintenance work 15 years later and couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you MRC for your dedication to my satisfaction of the work!

I scheduled an estimate for a bathroom remodel 2 weeks in advance. No one showed up for the first appointment. I contacted and they said the guy was out sick, so I rescheduled for the following day. Again, no one showed up. Four days later the owner came out to give do the estimate and said he would have it ready the following week. I waited a week and heard nothing.
I called the office several days and was told each time they would get back with me, but never received a call. I eventually gave up. This is very unprofessional and they completely wasted my time.
