New grout is ready for protection ten days after installation and does not need to be cleaned. On older tiling, the grout joints must be clean and free of dust, dirt, sealers, or coatings of any kind. If the tile and grout are maintained properly, the protection will typically last up to 10 years or more.

This is my 2nd time using First Choice. I had such a good experience the first time I used them, I brought them back to do some major remodeling in my master bathroom shower. Adrian, Ben and the team did an amazing job of demolishing the existing tile, pan and rotten wood and rebuilding a new shower base. The cost and amount of labor required were accurate, and the crew was tidy, friendly and conscientious. I will definitely use them again for my next tile project!

I had an amazing experience working with Adrian and his crew. Four years ago, we did a major remodel on our house and the guys who did it did a terrible job with tiling. We were in a hurry to move on from the company with a new baby just arriving so we didn't bother to have them correct a lot of the issues. The tile placement wasn't bad but they did a terrible job with grouting.
Lots of gaps in the tiles where grout had deteriorated or was just nasty looking. Adrian gave a very fair bid to take out all the grout in our master shower and replace it with epoxy grout. It also involved a deep clean before removing the grout. He was able to come out just a couple weeks later (the week before Christmas no less) and got the job done in a couple days.
He felt bad that he had to go away for a couple days on the weekend to finish up another job so he offered to recaulk my master vanity for no additional charge. I want to add that Adrian was very responsive to texts/phone calls as well which means a lot these days. It's so hard to find a contractor of any kind who will just respond to you in a timely manner (if at all.) If you're looking to fix some ugly tile work or regrout, I can't recommend Adrian and his team enough.

Adrian and his team did an amazing job installing the back splash in our kitchen. They also repaired a broken tile in my bathroom and cleaned up the grout through out the bathroom and it looks brand new now! Adrian was great to work with, he was very responsive, affordable, works fast, and does amazing quality work! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Really impressed with Adrian & his team. Worked with us from the beginning on primary bathroom shower tile replacement - from tile choice to estimated timeline on repair, Adrian helped every step of the way. Very detail-oriented, quality work, and left the area spotless. Also very conscious of 2020 masking/distancing/etc. Adrian and First Choice come highly recommended!

This tiling is absolutely immaculate. The cost was very reasonable, the project was completed quickly, and we'd gladly hire Adrian again for future tiling projects. My partner and I originally thought we'd install the tile in our tiny bathroom ourselves, but boy are we glad we caved and hired Adrian. Also it ended up being way more work than we initially thought, because the tiles are triangles, and the way we wanted them laid required so much precise tile-cutting.
It would have been a nightmare for anyone less talented than Adrian to do. In addition to being great at what he does, Adrian was highly responsive to our input and was happy to explain the details of what he was doing to my (very interested, borderline pest-y) partner. That's bonus points for him and his team, for sure. We really appreciate it.
