I had to call this company out at short notice when water was coming in to my home. Wilson arrived promptly and carried out an emergency repair. They returned at a later date for a permanent fix. I have since used them for major roof repairs and was impressed with their professionalism and the completed job.

We recently had our roof replaced by Roofing Formula LLC. I cannot thank Wilson and his team enough. They have been so professional through the total process. Wilson came and gave us a quote which we agreed, Wilson then arranged a date, they started when they said they would. The team were friendly and approachable and Wilson gave us updates on what had been completed and what the next steps were. The team cleared all rubbish on completion of the roof and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

I definitely recommend anyone to consider using this company. Their work ethic was exquisite and the price is extremely fair. They were prompt and ready to work every day. They used quality materials and their knowledge of roof building and removal was tremendous high. They went above and beyond to even remove tree branches near my roof top to make sure the tree limbs don't cause future damage to my roof.
More importantly, They're honest. I had them give my sister a quote on the condition of her roof and they didn't just take her money, claiming it needed to be replaced, they gave an honest assessment of the true condition of her roof. I needed a new roof after purchase of a new home. Roofing Formula LLC came out several times before closing, and provided OK customer service through the bidding process and sales. They were priced about the same as the other two quotes. I decided that I would go with them, signed the contract. That is when the customer service went down hill. After discovering a leak where rain was coming in through my roof, I called Formula Roofing. Spoke with a live human on a Saturday morning who told me they would be in touch on Monday. On Monday, they inspected the issue, offered a solution, and tarped my roof to keep more water from leaking. Friendly and knowledgeable. That evening, I got an estimate by email and by Wednesday the issue was fixed. They were speedy, professional, and I'm happy with the quality of the work. Hope I don't have another leak anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely be calling them again.
