The Tacoma store was helpful in educating me about Hot tubs. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The options that the Arctic Spas offered to order was impressive. I could pick my jet package from 6 options on each of their different tub models. The shells have a lifetime warranty which made feel confident they would last and be trouble free. I would recommend this store as I have been to several in the area and they were the only ones that helped me find the one to fit my needs and budget.
