Disappointing experience with Ruben. Will unfortunately need to use another company for the remaining projects at our home.

I've had a really great experience with AAA and Nicky. Nicky was on time, very personable and knowledgeable, and he had some great ideas about designing a sail. I was very pleasantly surprised when his quote came in much less than I was expecting! Ultimately, my wife shot down the idea of a permanent shade structure over the pool, so I did not go with that quote, but I believe AAA represents a great value and will be recommending them to others, including my brother.

Keep looking! Dave J is as smooth a silk with his double talk! Told me a bunch of fees were included with the price. When I received the final bill.surprise, there were almost 400.00 in fees. Bait and switch. I definitely would NOT recommend AAA sun control to anyone!

We have been fighting to get responses from salesman Ry for over a week. Finally had a meeting scheduled to sign a contract for work to be done and we were completely blown off. No call, no show. Time to find a different company.

Overall pleased with the level of customer service, professionalisms from a staff and service experience. One stop shop for shades, screens and gutters. While I was impressed with this company and Brad (our service rep) I was sad their office was nearly 2 months from being able to do our screens which we cannot wait that long. I guess that's a good thing when a company is booked up that far out, I can only imagine them losing business for people like me who cannot wait until after summer to get sun screens installed. Prices were fair and still happy with them, but cannot wait use them simply because how long they'll take to install. I will consider the for gutters though as we get closer to monsoon season and I'll be sure we jump on this sooner than later.

We just had our patio door screens, shade, and roll down sunscreen installed and cannot be more pleased. Extremely professional from the first visit to decide what was best for us to the installation. I cannot say enough about the entire team. One happy customer. MEWStevens

Not sure who the one and two star Yelpers called but I can't say enough good things about AAA Sunscreen. From the rep at the Home Show in Phoenix to the estimator and installers, this was the best experience with tradespeople since we moved into our new home. (and we've had lots) They matched the color of the framing to exactly match our stucco.

We were left with a maintenance kit, complete instructions by the installers and a front entry cleaner than when they got here. If you're on the fence about screens, I highly recommend AAA.

Had AAA Sun Control come out to quote on building a cover for our front courtyard as the trees in there were becoming invasive so had to remove but we still needed shade. From the start I felt strongly that we were not on the same page, design-wise, but my husband felt good about the drawing and he signed off on it - so ultimately, this is our fault.

I got home the other day excited to see the finished product, and was somewhat horrified to see that the cover sticks out in front of the house in a bizarre way. From a design perspective, it's awful. Can't imagine that's how they thought it should look. I will try to attach a pic so that you can see how difficult it is to match up the drawing that we signed off on and the finished product.

We called to discuss and they said it would be additional thousands to take the rafters off, cut them shorter, and re-attach. Again, this is ultimately our fault but my point is, buyer beware - make sure you know EXACTLY what they are going to do, because they are not designers, and if it's not right, they're not going to fix it.

I hired AAA Sun Control to install gutters and a patio cover. From Greg & Ruben in Sales, consulting and following up during the project to Lorenzo and Camden installing the gutters and patio cover, everyone was professional and hard working. They did a great job and very clearly took pride in their work and their company. I had two other quotes and I'm so glad I went with this company. I very highly recommend them.

I had a 8 am appointment with AAA SUN CONTROL today and the person who was supposed to give me an estimate was running behind and decided not to tell me about his delay until 15 after our appointment was scheduled(he left a voicemail) that he was running an additional ten mins behind. So I called their office this Am to figure out what the delay was and to ask if they wanted to reschedule?

I spoke with a male representative on the phone who said he was sorry for the delay and didn't know why the estimator was late. After stating my frustration and how punctuality is very important to me. He decided me to tell me how busy they are and doesn't know when they will be able to get back over to give me an estimate on 15 window screens.

Immediately I started to fell like I was annoying him so I decided to say you know what do worry about sending someone to my house I'll take my business elsewhere since you are too busy for new customers. Maybe it's a bad case of the Monday's nonetheless this was my experience with AAA SUN CONTROL hopefully yours is better.

Work involved sun screens and rain gutters/downspouts. Friendly and professional from estimate to completion. Thorough non-pressure estimate with detailed explanations of job scope. Office staff knowledgeable and helpful. Good communication. Installers were experienced and did a very good job. Highly recommend!

We had Ruben, Christine and their awesome team out to our home 3 times now and each time was more impressive than the prior. First it was superb rain gutters then a roll up screen for the front door then we did one remote controlled extending sun shade awning in the backyard then we did 3 more on all sides of our backyard! This company is exceptional in every way. On time, clean, communicative, just all around exceptional. Thank you AAA Sun Control! You all rock!

Have to be honest. got off to a rocky start with some definate miscommunication but this company turned it around and the price and end product are fantastic! I took advantage of the SRP sun shade rebate and they took care of everything. I never had to send a rebate in or follow up. At the end of the day I did 13 new shades, which cover all my windows, and it looks like my house got a face lift! Great job and ultimately great service! I definately tell all my friends and anyone that will listen call AAA Sun for your shades. You will not be disappointed!

We used AAA Sun Control to install gutters, sunscreens and a roll down shade screen. They did a fantastic job! From Ry coming out to the house to measure, and showing samples of screen material and colors. Picked colors that matched the house because of the HOA. Very nice and professional. Install was fast and easy. Amazing quality and workmanship!

From start to finish they all were professional and courteous! They made sure everything was exactly what we wanted! Plus they worked around our crazy work schedules! Highly recommend AAA Sun Control for all of their products!

From beginning to end, AAA Sun Control was professional and easy to work with. We had a delay in the installation of our rain gutters because we needed to obtain HOA approval. Ry provided the additional details regarding color and style that the HOA required, so we were able to move forward. Shannon Waters was also top notch in her handling of a communication glitch with the install, and she quickly resolved the issue and made it right. We would recommend AAA Sun Control highly.

Had them install rain gutters and the did a very good job. Put the proper size rain gutters and placed splash guards in all the proper locations. After several heavy rains they held up and worked great. I called them a year later and had sunscreens installed the held up so far and look great. The sunscreens also do not rattle in the wind they are properly installed.

They installed suncreens on all sides of the house and had them install rain gutter on back patio. I am very pleased not only with the products themselves but the level of service they offer. I would highly recommend these guys for sunscreens and rain gutters and they offer a variety of other products as well for your outdoor living space. Te next for me will probably be an Alumawood laguna style outdoor patio cover. When I get ready to do that project, I'll be calling these guys!
