Fast loading.docks are pretty tight.enough room to align straight then go slow.scale available once you loaded.enter and park in row says pick up.call the number they will assigned you door then check in with guard shack stay on right side gate then fast loading and get papers from guard.loads are heavy and less money

Overall great experience high quality shipper in and out there with 2 hours. Friendly people professional staff management etc. Would have given 5 stars but only cons no restrooms for drivers only prota John's and very tight difficult blind dark hole backing docks for dry van pickups only. Would definitely take pick up loads here in future

I wish I had searched the Better Business Reports before I went with this product. There are several reports with the same complaint as mine. We purchased material for a deck. The decking material is flaking and discolored in places. We contacted Tamko and they required a lot of paperwork including an estimate for labor to rip up the deck and rebuild, in order to process our claim.
We provided them with everything they asked for, including pictures. When we go a settlement offer, they were short by $2100.00. When I complained to "Shelly", who claims to be the supervisor, she basically said take it or leave it. Are you kidding me? You expect me to pay to have your faulty product ripped up and rebuilt?! It looks like we'll be heading to small claims court.
