Jefferson Rentals is the best rental company in the region. I've rented various things from this company including chairs, tillers, ladders and sod cutters. The staff even though very busy are very helpful and don't make you feel like a bother for asking questions. It is easy to reserve equipment from them. They even show you how to use the equipment and even help with loading.

They have a wide variety of equipment and it is in great condition. Their pricing is highly competitive. Staff has even recommended ways to maximize rental times while reducing costs. This is the epitome of customer service. We will continue to rent from Jefferson Rentals but now without pricing other companies first. They've earned my loyalty and are deserving of yours.

The entire team at Jefferson was a dream to work with, start to finish. Chelsea walked us through our initials selections during our visit to their showroom roughly a year prior to my wedding. She was always quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated when a member of their team would call me whenever I emailed them a question. Scott was on-site when their team came to set up our tent and other items and I can't sing his praises enough for all of the hard work he and his team put into setting up everything as well as disassembling several days later. Truly an incredible company to work with - they made the entire process easy and stress-free.

I had an amazing experience at Jefferson Rentals. At 0700 the entire staff greeted me as I entered the establishment. The young woman I worked with thoroughly explained the contract, gave detailed instructions on where to pickup my item, then immediately dispatched someone to assist me with loading before I had the chance to make the request. The amazing customer service continued outside.

Rather then assume I had prior experience with my rental, a brief demonstration was given. I left feeling reassured I can get the job done. Return practically mirrored my pickup. Instant greeting, stellar customer service, followed by parting comment, "Thank you for your busines, hopefully we'll see you soon." With an experience like that you definitely will.

Planning our wedding and I was a little overwhelmed with the details. Alexus was outstanding. Beyond helpful and walked me through what we needed to make our guest comfortable for a backyard wedding. She too the time to explain the rental schedule worked and made sure I understood the details. On a side, just a fun experience. Some I was worried about became a fun an easy experience.

Jefferson Rental is awesome. They are less expensive than their competitors and hands down more friendly. They are responsive to texts and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. The machinery is in Excellent shape and they work hard to keep it that way. I will definitely use Jefferson Rentals again in the future.

Great equipment rental service provider! Whenever I've needed a piece of heavy equipment or tools for my farm operation, Jefferson Rentals steered me to either a better equipment choice for my use, or suggested another tool for the job. Fair prices and great service by everyone at the rental office and equipment yard!

Amazing customer service! And reasonable to cheap pricing. The staff is so attentive and helpful. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with lots of questions and phone calls. They even helped me with some last minute requests with no hassle. I highly recommend Jefferson for your event rentals! The only think I would like to see in their inventory are those large outdoor fire heaters.

I have worked with Jefferson Rentals on a few different weddings this 2021 wedding season. I own P3 Events and regularly call and Email with them. They are always pleasant and very helpful. They even have a chat feature which is nice for one off questions or pricing inquiries when planning out a wedding design. Jefferson Rentals drops off and picks up promptly and even accommodated a last minute request from one of my clients on the busiest weekend of of the season. So thankful they are in our community!

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with everything that Chelsea and her team had done to ensure our reception party went smoothly. Even through the hectic days with their make-up reservations from last year's COVID cancellations and this year's new bookings, they did not miss a beat. From start to finish, there was always someone available for guidance and to address any questions that I had.

The setup and dismantling of the tent was very professional and went so smoothly; all the tables, chairs and linens were perfect ~ it looked beautiful! I thank EVERYONE at Jefferson Rentals for the thoughtfulness and hard work you gave to us. It was so very appreciated.

Good overall experience. I set up bouncy house by myself. It was difficult but possibly and I was able to get it in car. Everyone had fun on it and the staff was effective & wonderful. If I need another rental I will return to this place.

I've worked for an equipment rental company for 5 years now and used Jefferson Rentals for their event equipment for my wedding. There are so many wonderful things I could say about my entire process through using Jefferson Rentals. So extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Chelsea, Tori, PJ and Scott were there for my wife and I from start to finish.

Every phone call, email, text, site visit was nothing but professional and extremely helpful. I will recommend EVERYONE I know who is having an event to use them. Jefferson Rentals made our dream wedding venue a reality. They are extremely organized and know how to build an entire venue. They think of every little thing from tents, to fans, to chandeliers, to disposable trash bins, and even luxury restroom trailers stocked with bath and body works products. Set up and break down was seamless. They helped to plan our 300 guest wedding and we did not have a single issue or hiccup. Well, we actually did have one minor problem in the luxury restroom, and their team was on stand-by and were there to fix the issue immediately. Jefferson rentals' team is efficient, respectful, responsive, and tidy.

They will make sure that your event is well prepared for and their giant inventory portfolio made it so our big day was exactly how we envisioned it to be. A special thanks to Tori and Scott for being such a help to us!

We used Jefferson Rentals for Tents, Table, Chairs, Podium, Whisper Generator and linens for the Celebration of my late husband's Life. The staff worked with me to ensure I had everything I needed. The Team that came to deliver and set up were very courteous and aimed to please me. All who attended were so very complimentary on how beautiful and comfortable sitting under the tent on a hot afternoon for the event. I do not hesitate recommending them for your special events.

Jefferson was hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with on our wedding day. My career is an event planner (so I hope that holds some weight). I worked mostly with Chelsea B but the whole team is awesome! They dealt with my numerous changes with grace and professionalism. They constantly reviewed inventory with me to ensure we had everything covered.

Their prices are also extremely reasonable. Having an outdoor wedding, your tent(s), tables, linens etc. can eat up a big chunk of your budget. Again, as an event planner they were the most reasonably priced out of all the quotes I received. I received a similar quote from a company in DC for nearly quadruple the price. I'm sad the day is over because I want to be their friends!

Everything was perfect! Jefferson helped alleviate any stress I was feeling. They are polite, professional, and extremely accommodating. If you're thinking of using them for your event, big or small you won't be disappointed!

Rented a large stump grinder from Jefferson. Great service, answered all my questions. I got through several stumps, had a problem with the grinder. Called them. They sent a tech right out, picked it up. Dropped another off the next morning. No questions asked. Was good working with them, the staff was friendly, informative and took care of things quickly. I would definitely do business with them again.

Recently rented a dog fence installer. Awesome customer service. We did have one issue with equipment possibly user error unsure but technician was on site quickly within 20 minutes and stayed with us for a little bit to make sure it was working properly. Would recommend this place to anyone outstanding customer service from the front desk to technicians. Also have purchased STIHL trimmer, blower, and pressure washer within the last 3 months. Lots of dealers but none with this level of customer service. John

This is the only place I will go for equipment rentals. Their professionalism, and kindness are unmatched. Great people, quality equip and fair prices. If all that was not enough, I rented some equipment today and found out that they cancelled their 10th anniv party on Sat due to the Coronavirus. They used their budget for the party to buy and assemble meals for kids in need during this nat'l emergency. A class act all around. Please support this business that supports our community!

I rented a 2 stall restroom trailer for my backyard wedding, and pick up and drop off were a breeze! I did need to purchase more gas as we used this during my rehearsal dinner as well, but all in all, great bathrooms!

Working with Jefferson Rental was easy and exceeded all expectations. Nikki was wonderful from the start, answering all my questions, to TJ delivering the trailers. The gentlemen delivering were so helpful and patient while we were trying to hook everything up for the first time. So easy just a few plugs. The day after our event we booked again for the next year's event!

I reserved a tent for my daughters graduation and sent an email about how impressed I was with their customer service. My husbands employees picked up the tent and raved about how impressed they were with the customer service and process. My husband return the tent and again, raved! about how impressed he was with their customer service. Our party guests asked several times about where we got such a nice tent.

I am not easily impressed as I deal with rental companies in NOVA regularly for my job and it's always disappointing. I cannot say enough about the price, product and most importantly the staff (Nikki and Kiersten).amazing!

These folks stopped everything to help me with my chainsaw repair. That was above & beyond the call of duty during this lunch hour. Wow! I came in with a chainsaw that wasn't running and left 15 minutes later with a chainsaw in perfect running order. Thanks Jefferson Rentals.

Excellent service. Easy to make a yard tool reservation and they even helped me out by brining it to and from my house since it was larger than anticipated and we couldn't fit it in the car. Frank was a huge help.

We contacted them late November 2015 to rent a tent and all the accompanying items for our wedding at the end of April 2016. The reservation process was super easy and the staff was super helpful. Until. The day before the set up day (3 days before the wedding) we got a call saying that the linens we ordered were discontinued. Oh no! This is where David and his team took over.

He made sure that we were satisfied with everything. From our replacement linens, to the setup, to the placement of the drapes on the tent. I would never hope that something goes wrong to "get something for free" but what was missed was far made up for by the whole team. David was wonderful to work with, and Anthony was super helpful in the set up of ALL of our rented items. Thank you so much for turning a possible negative situation into the best wedding that we could have even imagined!

I rented a large white party tent in July 2013 that was dirty and full of ants! It was a big job to clean this tent bc it was so large (and heavy). When I called JR to tell them the condition of the tent- their response was Happy July 4! I could not believe it! Unfortunately, they don't have much competition- if any- in the party rental department. I would suggest looking over their stuff before leaving with it. Good luck with that party!

Amazing customer service! Love the new location. I rented a Bobcat mini Excavator for the weekend. The prices were reasonable and no hassles. I will come back again when I need some equipment.
